Location is fine and Staff are friendly I stayed in a Classic Room, but the hotel's website does not provide any information or photos that accurately reflect the condition of this room type. Unfortunately, many basic amenities were missing. There was only one available power socket, no air conditioner, no waste bin, and no bathroom ventilation fan. In addition, several items were broken, including the safety box, shower door, both bedside lamps, and the ceiling light near the entrance. The fridge was broken too. The carpet was visibly dirty and appeared not to have been properly cleaned or maintained for a long time. There was also significant noise from both the pub downstairs and the street outside, making it difficult to rest. It was very dark and clutter in the floor where the room was located. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had. Had I known the actual condition of the room in advance, I would not have made the booking. I strongly recommend avoiding the Classic Room. It is certainly not "classic"—it is simply poorly maintained and in need of significant refurbishment. for this condition, it is over priced !!!

The team are worth a 10 plus. They made us feel incredibly welcome and looked after us in a way that exceeded expectations. The restaurant meal was fabulous and we happily encourage other to eat there. The room was very clean. The room had nowhere to unpack into which meant cases had to be opened out on the floor or bed each time. For a city hotel the room was probably a normal size - just a little creativity needed for some simple storage space.

Most of the time it was good they communicated very good Small room and opening hours

Beds were comfortable and shower was lovely Very poor reception from staff member on duty when we arrived. Bar closed each night at 11 and no residents bar. Also could get lunch on Sunday as they don't serve food.

Rooms were very comfortable. Bar closed at 11 so residents couldn't get a drink after 11pm. Tried to book table for lunch on Sunday before we left for airport and they don't serve food on Sundays. Strange for a hotel.

Clean room in a good location, close to the metro station. There’s a bakery nearby and a nice restaurant on the ground floor. The room is a bit small, but it was totally fine for me and seems newly renovated.

Friendly staff, nice location, clean and good hotel facilities. I'd definitely stay here again. Room was very small, and there was nowhere to hang clothing. Tea/coffee making facilities would've been nice.

The Pernonal was friendly and very helpful No breakfast on the weekends, and the Hotel should have some guide Flyers in English
-
Proximity to the Rock en Seine festival Just a small thing, the sliding door to the bathroom was difficult to open from the inside.
-
Very friendly staff. Really clean room, with hairdryer etc. No shampoo + conditioner. Difficult to get in in the evening.

Well situated for our weekend with a party in the nearby Parc St Cloud. Easy to get into the centre of Paris with various bus, Metro, RER and Tram routes. Lovely local neighbourhood feel with small shops, cafe/bar, bistro, restaurants and others. Very friendly and helpful staff. Minor point. Could do with changing the music in the lift!
