Staff very friendly. Breakfast was amazing. Location great. It was 33 degrees outside. Air conditioning functions but was almost non existent. It was hot inside the room.

Bedbugs, Bedbugs, Bedbugs!!! 10 minutes into our stay bedbugs literally just fell out of the towels! We reported it to the reception who was VERY nonchalant about it. Booked 3 rooms for 3 families and because we wanted to leave they said (after quite a fight) that we would be refunded. But to this day that have only refunded 1 room!! Terrible experience and super unfriendly staff!!
