Room, breakfast and most importantly its staff A little bit far away from the beaches

The location wonderful with a foot path to town. Well kept rooms. No ocean access. Dated rooms

The hotel is in a perfect location right beside a beautiful coastal walk The apartment was in the grounds of he hotel but on reflection we might have enjoyed being in the hotel itself

The location on the bluff was amazing. We loved being right by the coast with a view of the Atlantic. The proximity to 2 different beaches both within biking or walking distance along the paved path right next to the property was fantastic. The actual hotel was just OK. The location was outstanding. The parking next to the hotel in its own enclosed lot made it very convenient. Having a tiny kitchen was nice. The bed was comfortable. This place targets the elderly crowd. The rooms and decor was worn out, literally faded. The pool was cold so not very enjoyable other than to sit around. Being placed in the basement came with the usual musty underground odors. The landscaping needed some attention. Some front desk were more helpful than others, I had to circle back to talk to more knowledgeable staff. No coffee or tea bags in the unit and $6 latte's.....a bit much really. The bathroom and shower are very small. I felt grandma's discarded furniture was placed around, overall updates need to be done. NO FITNESS or bike rental

Fabulous site overlooking the Ocean. Amazing and spacious facilities! Great atmosphere, beautiful decoration. Fantastic restaurant and easy access to downtown.. Absolute pleasure.

The hotel only offered an expensive breakfast buffet. It would have been nice to have an option for just a simple pastry and coffee.
-
This hotel is in a beautiful hilltop location and a beautiful walk along the Bay to Saint Jean de Luz where there are many wonderful places to eat, shop and explore. The staff is SUPERB! The only small drawback is if you sat in the formal restaurant area (inside and outside) you were required to order from the expensive menu.

Beautiful scenery, comfortable rooms, & delicious breakfast. The pool was amazing and the staff very friendly and helpful.
-
The buffet breakfast was excellent! The restaurant was closed for dinner two of our three nights
-
Excellent location, easy and picturesque walk into the centre of St Jean de Luze; friendly and helpful staff; first rate restaurant Room decoration was bland

Location and excellent staff and easy parking. Good decor. Food of high standard. Extensive outdoor grounds. Privilege rooms a bit small. Pillows could be improved.

The pools were great fun for the kids. Accommodation was very clean and comfortable. A nice walk into St Jean. It’s very expensive, although our stay was in peak season so to be expected.
