I was kind of close to the tram. Nice lobby. Dirty room, they did not clean well during our stay. Never changed the sheets. Got a dirty pillowcase that they didn’t change. Didn’t sweep the floors. We paid for breakfast one day and is was not worth the money, dirty glasses, plates and cutlery. Mostly pastries and not much “breakfast” to eat. No fridge in the room. We had to refill the toilet paper ourselves, the just left the tissues on the toilet for us. There were white spots on the curtains and bedding, something that had dripped under the desk, a handle that was covers in something, smudged dirt.

Great location, next to the highway. Excellent pool, very refreshing after long drive. Good room, nice and clean. The restaurant was good. It is a traveler’s hotel, it serves the purpose. The staff were excellent, extremely friendly. The equipment is a bit dated and the restaurant needs another pair of hands.

Close to Highway and shopping center All good

Hotel was outside the city as we wanted to be close to the main roads. Room and bed was comfortable with tea and coffee making facilities. (Not many have this) A few places to eat nearby in walking distance, and a shopping centre across the highway if needed. Staff were friendly and helpful. In a slightly strange location, away from Montpelier but quiet enough. A little tired, needs some redecoration.

The staff who served drinks, pizza and were on reception were lovely. They certainly had to multitask. The hotel is very much in need of a complete makeover. The paving outside was broken, many aspects of the hotel are very shabby. There was no restaurant onsite but the lady on reception also served drinks and made warmed up pizzas. After a long road trip we didn’t want to have to go out and find a restaurant.

hotel seems nice in the outside but upon closer inspection it’s in need of some upkeep. even though room was turned-over it felt like it needed a deep clean…also a club nearby that plays heavy base music into the wee hours of the AM

The hotel was very nice and clean. it’s an ordinary hotel with perfect customer support and even a nice pool. We were not allowed to check in before our time, which is actually normal, but sometimes they make an exception, but not here.

An excellent hotel, conveniently located near to Montpelier and the beaches. Staff friendly and helpful, room cool, large and comfortable, breakfast and dinner (especially) were excellent in terms of choice and quality. Needs a lick of paint in some of the common areas and the pool is out of action if you're thinking of staying in the next few weeks.

Room was generally ok and decent size, however the balcony area with sunbeds was not cleaned. Parking was good. Breakfast was terrible, especially a very silly egg boiling machine with no instructions how to operate & staff also don't know how to use, furthermore dogs were allowed to roam freely without any leads or control and this is NOT hygienic in a food serving/eating environment.
