The staff we absolutely fabulous. So friendly and welcoming. We had broken down and been recovered to the nearest location from the motorway. We were tired and hungry and we were met with friendly faces. The following day through google translate I explained our situation to the wonderful lady on reception what had happened and the issue we were having due to the language barrier trying to find a mechanic, and she made a phone call and someone arrived in the hour and diagnosed the issue. She then arranged a recovery to take the car to the garage. We are thankfully for all her help. The rooms were adequate and had air-conditioning, and the breakfast area was pleasant.

I had a wonderful experience at Kyriad Direct Montpellier Saint Jean De Védas. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, professional, and always ready to assist. The check-in process was quick and smooth, which I really appreciated after a long journey. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The bed was very cozy, and I slept peacefully throughout the night. I was also impressed by the quiet atmosphere and the overall cleanliness of the hotel. The location is perfect—easy to access from the highway and close to public transport, making it convenient to get to Montpellier city center. There’s also plenty of parking available, which is a big plus. I truly appreciated the attention to detail and the great value for money. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area, whether for business or leisure. Thank you to the whole team for making my stay so pleasant!

The hotel is an old refurbished Campanille. The room was small but with all the facilities we needed. The bathroom was big and clean. The A/C was working properly. There was a kettle with coffee and milk in the room and hand and shower gel in the bathroom. We asked and got a hairdryer from the reception. The breakfast was acceptable. The wifi is excellent. The location is close to the shopping area and the free parking was very good. Only 1 chair in the room and 1 towel per person for everything you need...face, hands, body etc

There was hot water for a shower at least! The hotel is very dirty. Outside our door were mattresses in the open air the floor was dirty and the first impression was bad. In the room the mattress and pillows were also dirty with hair from other guests. The bathroom floor was also dirty. The headboard dusty. The decoration is very simple so it’s easy to clean but it wasn’t the case. The cleaning staff when we saw them in the morning looked like 2 school girls not interested and not professional. We know this is a cheap hotel but no matter what the price is in a hotel the basic is that the place is clean.
