Situated at a noisy intersection with construction on a new hotel across the street. Hotel is a bit run down in need of sprucing up. Room was clean, staff was friendly and attentive.

they need to give a ty guide option on the tv paging through channels one at a time is a real hassle especcially when you want to relax and have to spend an hour trying to find something to watch. wont come back even cheaper hotels give tv guide info

It was a great stay. The building could use an update, though.

Not much to like. The shower had been recently redone. Very run down facility. Damp, dirty, worn carpet in the room. Musty smell.

Breakfast was fine. But the pot smell coming from the front desk/lobby area was really gross. Rooms and hallways are way overdue for update. The carpet is very worn and looks dirty. Hair in tub and hair stuck on nightstand - gross. We always try to stay at Hampton Inns when traveling bc usually consistent but your St Joe location - never again.

As far as hotel it’s just a very old and worn out hotel. Room was a little musty smelling and everything is old and worn from carpets to furniture. We stayed here for Chiefs training camp so we just needed a place to sleep but for the price there are much nicer hotels in the area. Hopefully the two ladies above get some recognition for their efforts and how well they handled everything.
