This renovated, 19th-century mansion sits in the residential area of Saint-Servan, right at the mouth of the Rance River just 1312 feet from the beach. We had the balcony room so could have coffee on the balcony. Lovely welcoming staff/owners. Delicious breakfast in the cool garden. We were fine but some with larger cars found manouvering the small car park entrance a bit tricky- a good reason to buy smaller cars!

For a few nights it is a wonderful place as a base for trips in the area, the breakfast in the garden was a highlight. Extra outlets for charging of electronics would have been helpful, but other than that, no dislikes at all.

This B and B was a real find! The hosts were exceptionally kind, thoughtful, and helpful, the beds were comfortable and the shower really good. It was a great location for our day trips to Mont St. Michel and other sites smoke the Normandy coast. The breakfast was lovely and overall it was a great stay! Would be nice to have an elevator! Or have a partner who traveled lighter ?.

Cosy rooms, tea coffee and fresh milk. and excellent breakfasts. Exceptional value for amount paid. Rooms are quite small. Be aware 30 minutes (beautiful) walk to old walled part of St Malo

It's perfect spot! Clean and comfort. Very friendly staff. We enjoyed our stay.

There is no lift so bare this on mind specially if you have big or very heavy luggage.

An experience in old-world charm and grace. China cups and plates and homemade breads and marmalades at breakfast. Fruit from their own trees. I felt like an honored guest. I did not feel that I had many options for exploring the area. Maybe, upon arrival, more questions of the guests as to what they would like to do/experience.

Very good and on last day we were in a rush for the ferry so they made up a take away breakfast with coffee to have on the quayside whist we waited for boarding. Staff were so welcoming, very friendly and helpful. Location is great with good restaurants 5 min drive away. Nothing
