Great location near most attractions Even the large room we booked was tiny. No air conditioning

Tiny room, exceedingly hot

A great hotel within the city walls, which is an advantage. Also, the location of the hotel, a short distance from the city gates, allows for parking outside the walls and a very short distance with luggage to the hotel. The reception staff and the staff in general were wonderful and welcoming. The room was excellent, although without air conditioning - understandable in such an old city. The room is not large, but within the walls it would be difficult to find a place with spacious rooms anyway. The location of the hotel is perfect. The breakfast is excellent. We enjoyed it very much!!!! nothing

Very welcoming staff Very clean

The hospitality is very important, and we got early before our checking in ; they were so kind to offer us coffee and water , they kept our luggage before our checking in . We made a city tour and came back to the hotel.

Our stay here was incredible, staff were amazing always looking to help very clean great location, got us breakfast stuff to go on our early ferry. Definitely recommend this place

Location was great. Staff was friendly. Not their fault but we were there during a record heat wave. They had a fan in the room which helped, but sleeping was difficult due to the warmth.

Amazing location with fantastic staff. The recommended parking lot was very close to the hotel - maybe a 3 minute walk at best. I enjoyed my stay but you could tell it's been a bit since the rooms were refurbished. A few things that could spruce up the room a little would be a few more pillows on the bed and a new throw rug. The amazing customer service outweighed the cons.

Great stay. The hotel is centrally located in the Intramuros old city and well maintained. The room and bathroom was not huge, but large enough and probably larger than the average in such historical buildings. Breakfast was fresh with a solid variety, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and full of good activity tips. Paid parking is available in the parking lots surrounding the old city.

Perfect location behind the walls and right in the middle of all the attractions.

The check-in process was smooth and efficient, making our arrival very easy. The location is excellent—just a short walk to the city walls, the parking area, and many great restaurants and cafés. Everything we wanted to see was within easy walking distance. Despite being so centrally located, the hotel was pleasantly quiet at night, which allowed us to have a very comfortable and restful stay.

Great location in the middle of everything with many restaurants and shops, yet very quiet at night. Very helpful staff. Very attentive to customers. While the rooms did not have refrigerators, the staff were able to store medications that we needed to have refrigerated during our stay. It would have been nice for the room to have a refrigerator and a safe.

The tremendous family feeling as if you are guests in someone’s home rather than a hotel. Lift is a bit small…

This hotel is located in a very special area. You can walk to every restaurant within the walls in a very short period of time. The owners are lovely. The breakfast is mostly homemade local and quite incredible. The place has been completely remodeled and it’s very charming. You can’t go wrong staying here. We plan on returning in the near future to this lovely hotel.

Just GREAT! Right inside the Porte de St Vincent, super quiet street. Bed & pillows were very comfy, hot shower, fast WI-FI! Breakfast smelled great (didn’t enjoy). Friendly staff, tons of restaurants around the corner! Definitely book this place Nothing!
