Excellent hotel, staff and location!

Room was a bit cramped

The staff was friendly and welcoming.

In a perfect spot within the walls. Clean and comfortable with pleasant staff. Parking within the walls is virtually impossible!! Lack of spaces and a maze of very narrow streets. And it’s expensive My advice would be to park on the promenade by the Tourist Information Office and walk through the Porte St Louis to the hotel. It’s literally a couple of minutes. There is also an underground car park available.

Room was a little small.

Great location, nice staff Tiny rooms (not a huge surprise based on other reviews) and no ventilation!

Would be difficult for a couple to open a bag each and still move around in the standard room - which I think I was in - needs a bit of enginuiity to make space available.

Breakfast was also excellent!

I have stayed here many times which says it’s all The only thing is brilliant there is tea and coffee in the room but could do with some milk.

The location of the property is great, right within the walled city. Staff is helpful. Room is very clean and the bed is comfortable. The room is also nicely decorated. The room we were in was tiny. You had to turn sideways to get around the bed. Also, and this is probably just part of being in the walled city, revellers were out until 3 am both nights we were there (weeknights). As there is no AC, we had to leave the windows open. So, bring earplugs!

Great location and extremely helpful staff. Room was really small but it was very clean and bed was comfy.

Nice location, friendly staff There was very little water flow in the douche, and not so warm, we were on the 5th floor may be waterpressue was not enough? Not a big issue

Excellent stay, perfect location to explore Saint-Malo

Good room, if rather small. Great shower with loads of hot water. Sound insulation not so good, early morning disturbed by guests gathering in the hallway and then the crescendo of wheeled suitcases over the cobbles (not the hotels responsibility of course) But irritating. More sound insulation would be transformative - and maybe slightly larger rooms..

The executive room we booked was usually quiet, but we slept most of the night with the window open and only closed at say 5am. The bathroom was very clean and modern and you could choose to change your towels daily or when you wanted. The hotel is close to everything. We found a small boulangerie around the corner to have a coffee and croissant for our breakfast. It was close to "outside" parking which was very reasonable for 2 days Euro18 which we were directed to by reception. There was no refrigerator or coffee maker (the coffee maker is in most rooms we book these days) but we could get a coffee in the morning from the breakfast area and bring it up to our room.

Room was a good size. Enough space for two people. Location was inside the walls of the city and easy to make it everywhere in minutes by foot. Sizeable bathroom. Very good option for the location. Didn't include breakfast. Parking was tricky but no fault of the hotel.

Convenient location. Good staff. Clean. Great breakfast. Very small room. Nowhere to sit or place carry on luggage.
