Not far from ferry to Jersey, only 5 minutes driving/ 10 minutes walking. Good breakfast starting very early, so you can take it before going to the ferry terminal if you have an early departure. Historical inner city on walking distance, 15 - 20 minutes. Good parking facilities.

Extremely friendly and helpful receptionist. Breakfast easy to access and had all that was required. The lift broke down on our return from a very long walk. Luckily an engineer was there very quickly and sorted the problem.

The cleanliness No shower soap, even the bottle soap was almost empty. The coffee area,had to prepare tea bag which was quite unusual and quite confusing. Better refill the shower soap bottle and could atleast put 1 water bottle per person per stay as well as non rechargeable tea/coffee in the room.it does not seems to be costly for the price we pay. Overall I was super impressed with the cleanliness of this hotel as I am someone who cannot comprised when it comes to hygiene and specially cleanliness. No dinner are served but this is not a matter of concern because there were restaurants nearby and we had the chance to had dinner at the indian restaurant known as Rajasthan.

The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in. We came off the ferry from Guernsey at 21:30 and were in our room 15 minutes later. It was perfect for an overnight stop before continuing our drive to Germany the next day. We wanted to be on our way by 7:00 the next day. If only the only ferry from Guernsey was a morning crossing we could have spent the day visiting St Malo which apparently is a beautiful historic walled city. The area around the hotel appeared ugly and dull in the night. But maybe that's to be expected in the immediate vicinity of the port.

Staff gave us only one key fob for us two which meant if one left the room, the light went. In the morning we asked for another fob but then they disconnected the 1st one!

Helpful and friendly staff. Convenient walking to ferry 10 minutes and old city 15 minutes. Simple but good room. Bed was pretty comfortable. Good breakfast available, early enough to eat and still catch the early Jersey ferry. Quiet at night. Check out the Cave d'Aleth down the street for impressive wine, beer and alcohol store. For the price, i can't think of anything.

Clean and central, and the staff were so friendly and accommodating - they are a credit to your business. Lack of air conditioning made for two very warm nights!

The hot el is 10 mins walk from St Malo Port, the check-in was easy, the staff was friendly and helpful,the rooms are very clean and the breakfast was good. Everything was good ??
