Location for all sites etc! No issues!

Room was somewhat austere. Toilet was at one end of the room while the sink and bath at the other end, quite annoying.

Quiet except noise from cooking and smells (bacon being fried) at 4am - we're vegan so particularly disgusting. Looked like our room was a converted storage area. It was behind the breakfast room. The only room on the ground floor. High window cills (could only see out at top to see back of buildings in courtyard area). Basic furnishings and decoration. Clean but drab. Possibly given worst room in hotel as we'd booked through Booking.com and had complained room not ready. Not at all like the photos. We will not return to this 4star hotel!!!!!!

The location, the cleanliness, the staff, the breakfast. Everything really. The water and the snacks were a really nice touch.

We loved everyone about this property. There is parking just outside the gates and it’s very near the hotel. The location is fab! And the rooms were very comfortable. The staff was according!! Nothing

Aircon was GREAT, staff was very kind, and breakfast was very good. Hot and cold options with lots of pastry and yogurt options. Nothing. Everything was great.

Location was amazing Drove to the hotel and used their parking - slightly difficult to drive to and parking is tight. But all was ok

We liked the staff very much. The location within the ramparts cannot be beat. You can walk everywhere - the cathedral, the ramparts, the beaches. We wished there was a place to hang towels.

Location Parking VERY TIGHT and expensive.

Breakfast was great for choice. The location is great for exploring the old town and you get a marshmallow teddy for a night time snack on your pillow, what is not to love. If you have a long car, longer than a Porsche Macan ! you might find it difficult to use their parking area.

The hotel is wonderfully located inside the intra murs (walls). It is an old historic and charming building. The room was well appointed, charming, and clean and had good amount of space and light. The staff at the reception desk were very nice and accommodating. The breakfast was very good, great scrambled eggs and OJ! I could see the cathedral from the room and was close to steps to walk up onto the wall walk way that circled around the walled town. The parking entrance was too narrow for me to feel comfortable entering it so a staff member helped me find parking very close to the hotel that was outside, safe and affordable. In general, I liked everything at this hotel.

The bar and breakfast area and the staff The room was small with only a small window in the bedroom

Rooms are cosy. Extremely clean and quiet. Breakfast was incredible, fresh fruit, variety of cheeses, croissants and beautiful pain au chocolat. Staff were smiling and super attentive. Nothing

Nice room and location is unbeatable right within the old city wall. Room is a little small but that’s normal for France :)

Very nice hotel in a prime location within the city walls. Very friendly staff. We arrived early and were able to leave our luggage while we explored the city. Many restaurants, bakeries, and shops are nearby. We were given a room on a high floor with a city view; it was clean and had very comfortable beds. The shower in the bathroom was fully enclosed and watertight, which was a plus for us. Complimentary water bottle in room. There was no coffee maker in the room, only an electric kettle with instant coffee powder (yuck!). A 4-star hotel should have a proper coffee maker. The bathroom doesn't have enough hooks to hang the 4 wet towels that 2 people use, we had to improvise and hang some over the shower door and from the window handle. Breakfast was a bit limited in options; for a 4-star hotel, it should be better. Awful coffee from automatic machines whose milk tastes like powdered milk. Nothing beats a good coffee made by a barista on a professional machine.
