The location is fantastic, cross the street and you're on the beach, it's a quick walk to the boulangerie just up the street, it's quiet and a great getaway. You can easily catch a regular shuttle-boat to Toulon for the day.

Die Gegend ist sehr schön mit viel Natur. Aussenbereich wurde nicht geputzt. Im Fitnessraum roch es sehr nach schmutziger Toilette.

Séjour très agréable. La résidence est au bord de mer . La piscine intérieure de bonne taille n'est pas surpeuplée en février. La sauna est à disposition. Pas réellement de Spa car il ne s'agit que de bulles à température de la piscine. L'environnement est très bien.

Great location, good accessibility The jacuzzi area was cold, the hamam malfunctioning and the gym and facilities generally not too clean. The noise level of other occupants was unacceptable, until 2 AM despite many requests to stop: Great when you have to drive out for 8 hours the next day! The management is aware but nothing is really done to address it.

Location and pool. We slept in children's beds in a small room measuring 3m2, even though we had booked for adults only. Additionally, the flooring on the terrace was dangerous as some parts were broken and could cause injuries. They didn't provide beach umbrellas at the swimming pool. They only gave us one roll of toilet paper for five adults, and if you needed towels, you had to pay extra. If you wanted to dine at the restaurant, you needed to be very patient; we waited one hour for three pizzas.

Les finitions sont basiques, tout comme les services proposés et les équipements. Nous réservons 15/20 nuitées par ans dans des 4/5 étoiles, et cet établissement ne les mérite vraiment pas! La réception n’est là que pour le paiement et les clés, l’équipement de l’appartement est basique (matelas de 7cm, draps troués…), la propreté est à revoir : nous avons retrouvé des bouteilles vides, médicaments et autres saletés sous les lits, et des miettes dans les placards. Nous avions pris plus grand (6 personnes pour 4) pour gagner en place et avoir la “vue mer”, mais la vue était plus que partielle (voir photo) puisque on ne pouvait l’apercevoir que depuis le balcon et la seconde chambre ressemble plus à un placard. Pour finir, nous n’avons pas utilisé les infrastructures de l’hôtel, piscine petite et très fréquentée, et chaque jour la réception devait recevoir les équipements de ping-pong, en vain. Précisons aussi, qu’il n’y a pas d’espace de jeu pour les enfants, qui se retrouvent dans l’espace centrale (en dalles mal posées) donc instable et bruyant et surtout interdit par la direction, c’est embêtant pour un établissement familial. Nous ne regrettons pas du tout le secteur et avons passé un agréable séjour, mais il y a pas mal de choses à revoir dans cet établissement.

Overall the apartment was surprisingly well stocked. Plenty of dishes pots pans etc which was great for a big family like ours although somewhat better quality equipment wouldn't hurt. Besides that the proximity of the apartment we had to both the pool as well as the beach was really nice! The sunset is also worth mentioning as the colors in the sky were amazing every evening. The menu of the restaurant on site is limited but we'll priced and pretty good. Location is not too bad with plenty of lunch or dining opportunities if you're willing to take a 20 min walk or 5 mins drive to the next town. The beach although somewhat nicely situated is poorly maintained but at least has a lifeguard. Pool was pretty dirty despite of cleaning the filters and such the things that sunk to the bottom were left there most of our stay. Especially the kiddy pool was dirty towards the end of the week we spent here. The tiles of the walkways were loose all across the place, one evening the kids even made comments about it. The next evening some tiles had come off their supports and left gaping holes in the path. Unbelievable that this was left like this throughout the next day. There was a little electric barbeque in the apartment which was nice, however it was so dirty and part of the plastic frame had melted such that it wasn't really inviting to use it a slightly better one would have been worth it's value The dishwasher was also not function very well when we arrived most dishes were plain dirty, initially we thought it was just stowed away dirty but it became clear that not everything coming out of the dishwasher was fully clean. The apartment itself was cleaned very superficially. Despite of the final cleaning fee the property asks, there were piles of dust throughout the apartment under furniture or on picture frames, all in all a bit disappointing given the price of the place. In close proximity to the property there's almost nothing in terms of food and drinks. Reception hours could be better, don't expect anyone before 9 or between 12 and 17 a bit strange given the size of the property. A smaller staff attending throughout the day seems more useful.

Calm place. Nice landscaping with plenty of plants and flowers. Nice views from the restaurant terrace. Efficient covered car parking under the apartments. Easy key return to a drop-box. It is not a hotel, so plan to bring your own towels, toiletries, toilet paper, cleaning detergents etc. Not unususal in France: Quite limited working hours of the reception - plan accordingly.

Résidence récente, appartement bien équipé, moderne et propre. Pour accéder à la plage, il suffit de traverser la route. Par contre plage assez petite et présence de rochers (et donc oursins) il faut donc des chaussures pour aller dans l’eau. Lors de notre séjour, il y a eu bcp de vagues qui ont ramené plein d’algues sur la plage. En avril la plage n’est pas nettoyée donc il faut traverser le tapis d’algues pour accéder à la mer donc pour des petits pas pratique.

L’appartement et la terrasse étaient tres sales, vaisselle manquante à l’arrivée et lampe de chevet cassée : alors qu’un etat des lieux est fait a la sortie. Pour le prix, le linge de bain et un kit de bienvenue (menage) pourraient etre offerts. Prise des clefs a 17h : c’est un peu tard vu que le depart est a 10h. En revanche bel emplacement’ personnel sympathique et roof top magnifique, literie confortable
