While a little worn at the edges this hotel’ s owner made up for it with kindness and charm. From the free glass of wine each evening, to the very nice breakfast each morning made this a very pleasant stay. She invited guests to sit on the patio with her and her husband to enjoy a glass of wine from her son’s vineyard. I will say they look like they are beginning to renovate. Our bathroom looked recently done . It small 8 rooms so they’re probably doing it room by room . All in all a very pleasant stay. I would definitely recommend this place if looking near Amboise or Fountainbleu! Nothing really

The host made us feel like family and ensured we were comfortable the whole time. Being from a foreign country this really was amazing Nothing! Highly recommend!

The setting was so quaint. The owner was so welcoming and kind. Breakfast was lovely. A very memorable experience.

Room was large and comfortable, and the breakfast was quite generous. The owner was lovely, and as a traveller with limited French she knew enough English to make communication very easy.

Nice quiet, friendly hotel. Lovely and clean with good breakfast included. Great shower in bathroom, got nice and hot. Offered use of guests fridge and could taste the wine produced by the owners. Boxes of both white and rose in the fridge. Red available at the restaurant. Had access to small terrace although weather not good enough to be able to use it. Can imagine on a spring/summer evening it would be lovely to sit there with a glass of their wine. Owner showed us to our room and how to work the heating in room and bathroom as well as how to access the hotel out of hours. Could park our car in lay-by opposite our room. Hotel owners warned us, in advance, that the restaurant of same name was not owned by them and suggested we book into restaurant separately. Although not a complaint as such there wasn’t quite enough room at bedside for my kindle, phone and glasses but I managed.

Breakfast was a decent continental. The owner directed us to restaurant in a nearby town as there were none open locally.

The lady proprietor was very helpful. There is no bar at the hotel, but there is a sitting area with a free wine and a fridge to put your own beer in. The breakfast was very present and well presented. The restaurant was not open when we stayed

Great host, excellent fresh breakfast, super quiet, spacious room, good location close to Amboise and Château de Chenonceau. Easy parking. Huge pool. Cold wine and water, fridge and microwave at your disposal in a shared area. Restaurant next door. Nothing
