Good for one night sleepover. The hotel has only 5 parking spots, and they are always taken. I parked my car on the street. It is 2€ per hour. I was lucky to find a spot on a street near the hotel. Keep in mind that you may need to carry your luggage(s) a longer way. The Wifi is really bad, with an unstable connection. Unless you are french or you are used not to eat in the morning, do not get the breakfast option! 10€ for a (bad) coffee and a croissant (that's not even fresh).

Location was great for St Maxime. Check in and check out was easy. During reception hours, they were friendly with answering any questions. Minor issues, but upon check in, the windows were wide open on a 36°C/96°F day, making the room very uncomfortable for the first few hours. They had an over the room AC unit/fan that did an adequate job. Also, very few outlets available. We had one by the bed and one positioned higher for the tv. Walls were thin, so you heard everything that was going on outside of the room. To be expected for an older building.

Location and room Reception lies to you about what time they are open and admit to it. There is 3 spots of free parking which means you never get a spot. Don’t count on free parking.

It is a small hotel,we had a 3bed room with a big terrace.The staff is friendly,the location is perfect,very close to the beach and to bus stop to St.tropez.Clean room,we would come again?Thanks?

Le preconil was in an excellent location, our room had a balcony, Generally the hotel needs some tlc to bring it upto a good standard as some of the paintwork etc is looking tired.

Extremely clean and tidy room Very spacious - balcony included Very nice and friendly staff - family run property Breakfast was really nice Great location. 5 minutes walk to the beach and 20 min boat available to St. Tropez. Also a shop right across the way. Being picky but possibly a mini fridge in the room would’ve made it the perfect stay.
