Hotel Les Jardins De Sainte Maxime

Nice big Hotel, look more like a 4 stars than a 3 star. The swimming pool is big and clean, the room overlooking the swimming pool and also looking at the sea, big parking close to the rooms. Big bathroom, nice shower and air con, everything clean and working well. Nice stay for 3 nights. some difficulties to find the entrance. Google map was sending in a difference entrance.

Very disappointed that I booked a room with three beds and still had to negotiate with the staff for 20 minutes before they found me another bed.

The hotel is a good value for its money. We didnt use all facilities as we stayed there just to go to st tropez. They dont have iron in case you need it..

Pool The room was 28 Celsius all day and night. We told the hotel. We felt ignored. We came back at night and were so uncomfortable. They didn’t offer a fan or to move us told us to wait till tomorrow. I wanted to check out and go somewhere else it was bad and they didn’t want to help or give me any kind of refund or compensation. Then I was offered 15%. I think that’s awful for not having slept the whole night and being so uncomfortable and willing to move or leave. I feel like that’s poor customer service.

Beautiful property with large rooms, great terrace, and fabulous pool. Located right off the sea so great for walks with a view. The food and wine were good but the bar and restaurant service were very slow.

No food drinks or snacks in day apart from weekends so you couldn't sit by pool with a drink or snack and no shop near by. slow staff and lack of communication. With these two things put right would have been 5 star.

The whole set up was a great haven for relaxation. There was a little confusion for the useage of the mamam through a 3rd party agent, which was unclear on the outset for us. Please check the small print that you have the facility of the hamam (sauna) on the holiday deal. Nothing

Nothing at all!! Awful experience The worst hotel and awful service ever!! We booked a room with breakfast. The system had an error and didn't include the breakfast. They barely responded to our complaint. We even had to pay the full price for breakfast, even though we only ordered coffee and croissants a la carte and this was also communicated. The room was tiny, smelly with very old and broken furniture. The door was broken and could not be closed properly. Hairdryer was museum-worthy, Probably from 1920 ? Google Map still shows the hotel directly on the beach, but the hotel is located on a hill far away from the beach. The Reason why a Navi would not be able to spot the Hotel!! It took us hours to find the Hotel!! Never ever again!!

Location is excellent and we had a great balcony with a beautiful view There was an additional charge for swimming pool towels which I didn't think was value for money given how much we paid for our stay

Location, staff and quality overall. Pillows. Very small and not that soft. Only one per person. Could be more comfortable and have 2 per person. That makes a big difference to customer experience.

The overall view of the hotel with the pool was fantastic The room was rather dirty. Only visible parts were cleaned. No deep cleaning.

Hotel us near the beaches of sainte Maxime, big enough and has a-vast free parking. Close to down town of Sainte Maxime. It has a dense forest and a beautiful swimming pool. I could see Saint Tropez from my window and you can visit the venice-like Port-Grimaud in 5 minutes drive if there is no rush hour. Enjoy your summer there.. NA

This was not my first stay at this hotel, but it will likely be my last. We encountered a serious issue with the air conditioning, which was a significant problem given how hot summers in Southern France can be (up to 35C). The AC barely functioned, acting more like a fan, and the room temperature never dropped below 24°C & 25C, even at night. Sleeping while sweating was extremely uncomfortable. We called the front desk multiple times, and when the maintenance person finally came, he told us that the AC was working at its maximum capacity. I explained that I had stayed here before and knew the AC could perform better, but nothing was done. They refused to change our room because the hotel was fully booked, so we endured six miserable nights, sweating through most of them, and couldn't wait to check out.

Location is good for the town beside nice park and easy access to the beach. Good breakfast offering and lovely lady on reception day of our departure. Accommodation was in separate block. 2nd floor no lift. So lugging heavy cases up spiral staircase. Quite small room nice to have a bath but no plug! Reception called but never bothered calling back. Parking difficult.

Only the restaurant staff. Reception staff should be friendly. Car park allocated spaces are extremely narrow.. I incurred €250 for repair of one side damage caused by the car parked next to me. The stairs between different floors make the lifts useless.
