Emmanuelle and Alex are perfect hosts - warm and helpful. For our last "real" night in France we arranged to have dinner "at their table". It was a delicious meal from beginning to end. We highly recommend making arrangements ahead of time to do so. ( 45 euros for a fabulous 3 course repast.) We enjoyed their company and our conversation. Breakfast was excellent - fresh French crepes plus the usual wonderful French breakfast treats. Our choice of the room with the view of the Mediterranean was perfect - a beautiful and spacious room with an awesome view. A little tricky finding the place..

The location was amazing. A safe secluded spot with a nice view of the bay towards St. Tropez. The hosts, Emanuele and Alexander, were amazing and tended to our needs. Great breakfast in a perfect setting. We couldn't ask for more! We stay here again and look forward to that.

The host and the property grounds were fantastic!!! It was very peaceful, serene and safe. The rooms are very modern and had the nicest cozy home touches. The view from our room was incredible. That we didn’t stay longer!

Convenient location to St Tropez (via ferry or car), friendly hosts who made us feel welcome, clean rooms with comfortable bedding, well secured neighborhood with gates to the street and house which made us feel safe, breakfast was excellent None

I'm a private person and so had my reservations about staying at a B&B, but the hotels were already oversold and over priced in mid-June, and so I took a risk here - but the owners made us feel so easy, relaxed and very welcome from the start! I was very happy with my decision immediately. The house is located in a gated private community, extremely quiet and peaceful, a gently breeze, a lovely distant sea view (from the upstairs room) and birds chirping. They have done a wonderful job creating a stylish and welcoming environment. We live in London, and our main desire was to be at the sea, so this wasn't perfect for us - but it's a simple 10 min drive to the local beach or 25 min to St Tropez, easy with a rental car. We were away most of the time, but had easy access, lovely privacy and great nights sleep when we returned to the property. (all rooms have private entrance, and beds are super comfy) I only wish we had more time to enjoy the breakfast (homemade crepes!) and most of all, the peaceful lovely pool! My husband and I both said we could have spent one full extra day just sunning and reading by the pool! next time…. ;) highly recommend x one and only complaint it is that the towels provided were rough & scratchy- they are line dried obviously - and I get the environmental and budgetary concerns. But in any stay, and for the price, quality soft linens are necessary. (personal taste) But as I said this is a very very small complaint, and obviously wouldn't affect my decision to stay again. Just a note because they asked.

L’espigoulie is very charming property. The atmosphere is very quite and relaxing. The rooms are very well decorated and very comfortable. Emmanuelle and her husband are amazing hosts, they gave us a lot of recommendations on restaurants and things to do. The property is very close to St Maxime and St Tropez is only 20 min away by car or bu taxi boat. we really enjoyed our stay here and we will definetly stay there if we come back to St Tropez. nothing really

We had a nice appartement which was fully equipped with a nice private garden/terrace. Perfect hideaway just 5 min. From Saint-Maxime.

This is just an incredible place. Absolutely gorgeous, the finish is to an incredibly high standard, you get a little courtyard of your own but access to the pool area which is extremely beautiful. The hosts are so lovely, very attentive and easy to get on with. Breakfast was absolutely delicious. I can't recommend it highly enough. There is private off street parking. There is a gate to access the residential area and then another gate to access the property. It was perfect for our trip

Our hearts brim with gratitude and treasured memories, and we're already planning our return. For those seeking serenity, heartfelt hospitality, and a dash of paradise, this chambre d'hotes is an absolute gem. Everything was perfect!
