All was perfect

The room could have been a bit bigger, because moving around the bed to the bathroom was tight. Breakfast was delicious and offered lots of options. The staff was friendly. The room seemed a little small.

Good location for access to train station. Comfortable, modern room. Breakfast was good. Water to toilet ran every few minutes all night. Because of construction at the train station (ongoing for months), our Uber driver dropped us off over a block away (not the hotels fault, but the hotel could provide guidance). Breakfast options were good, but eggs and bacon ran out quickly and were not replenished in the hour that we were in the dining area. Coffee machines were alternately being replenished, and when the doors to the machines were open, they were grossly unclean. The sole person working that day just refilled the beans and the powdered milk containers and made no effort to clean the machine.

The staff were helpful and friendly. Located right next to the train station, the hotel was easy to get to. From there it was easy to go to Tours or other rail destinations. Breakfast offered diverse fare. The pillows were not comfortable

Bed was comfortable and it seemed clean. Very austere. Hard to get in.

Location was excellent!

Great location to meet travel friend, next to train station and car rental with easy acess to highways. Extremely clean and comfortable. There is still an issue about payment. I booked through Booking.com. My credit card was charged twice for the one night. But at the hotel I had to pay for the night again. I was told the other two nights would be reimbursed. Still waiting.

I picked this hotel because of it's location to the train station. the rooms are small but functional. We ate at the restaurant 2 times both meals were acceptable however the breakfast was a disappointment. Sixt car rental next door Breakfast was a disappointment,

An absolute gem! Considering this is rated 3 star and very affordable, the wonderful staff enhanced it to 5 star for us (especially after the awful night we had beforehand). The rooms are not huge but- they have everything you need. Comfortable bed. Warm. The Brasserie was so good. The staff there were splendid too. They welcomed us and our dog and did everything to make our stay comfortable. It's right next to the rail station and there is parking. Wonderful people. Great little hotel. Nothing to complain about at all.

The staff was helpfull and pleasant to interact with. Breakfast menu was decent. Bathroom facilities are somewhat old. Shower head was pouring water in every direction. Silicone joints of bathtub are also old. The result was wet floor after each shower.
