It’s a classic hotel, perfectly located on the seafront and with a great bar and restaurant. The building recalls the golden age of the Riviera. Not a dislike, just a warning that the rooms are a little old-fashioned and of their time. I liked the vintage feel, but if you’re looking for ultra-modern luxury or corporate slickness, this is not the place for you.

Perfect location. Great staff on reception and housekeeping. Our room had a small balcony with a good view. Comfy bed and good ensuite. The decor was a bit outdated but it didn’t detract from the holiday. Could do with an over bath shower or a shower cubicle.

Great location, friendly staff, comfortable and clean room with lovely view of the water Didn't love the breakfast but it wasn't bad either. Eggs were a bit of a mystery.

Friendly, helpful staff; picturesque and convenient location; clean, comfortable room.

Proximity to the beach, great location generally, staff friendly and helpful, very comfortable king sized bed with excellent bathroom with separate shower facilities. There wasn’t anything about the hotel property we disliked at all. Our observation was that the restaurant was expensive with not the best variety of choices compared to other places. Service at restaurant wasn’t brilliant, we were left to wait considerable time before even being offered drinks. We therefore only ate there once and that was the first night. Wine prices not competitive. We ate at other restaurants which had good choice of menu and also their wine was more reasonably priced.

Location It's perfect, very central and close to the train station as well as to the beach. Basically, it's the first line from the sea. View even from the city-oriented room was stunning. A beautuful beach in 5 min from the hotel Cleanliness Daily cleaning up and changing the towels Staff Very welcoming and helpful. The hotel even provides beach towels, which was a great favor to us. The place is very quiet, the majority of travellers were elder people WIFI It was extremely slow, which for a 4-star hotel is not ok. Breakfast For 15 EUR per person could have been more varied; a bit excessive price even for such a location as the French Riviera. We bought it only for 1 day and didn't regret, around the area, there's a bunch of cafeterias where you can have breakfast for 15 EUR for TWO people. Room size and state The room was tiny; even for such small people as my partner and me, there was no table for dinner, and a lack of space in the bathroom. It would be nice to renovate the rooms, they're a bit old.

Very nice and beach fromt and central hotel, just 5 min walk from the train station. The rooms are clean, I have a good sea view from my Room that was a plus and the staff were kind and helpfull. I wish the breakfast was included in the stay. Otherwise all was good.

Old hotel, receptionist lovely. Breakfast decent, breakfast manageress seemed always stressed! Our room on first floor sea view, (103) above a coffee shop, people smoking/chatting below (if that's an issue for you) sea view room we had was not really as photos indicate. Children's musical carousel directly in our view on sea front. Appeared to be a permanent fixture. Also room directly facing restaurant room of hotel and hotel entrance ( if privacy an issue for you) rooms were big, bright and bathroom lovely. Great location for beach and promenade walks etc. Close to train station. I would recommend. Noisy motorbikes revving under hotel window late at night! And generally noisy motorbikes up and down promenade and side road of hotel. Public parking area outside hotel was noisy with cars coming and going. The paved area outside hotel is a public space. I felt hotel was a little overpriced for the time of year we stayed. Didn't see many guests during our stay and at breakfast times. If staying maybe ask for room over front bar area for full sea views. Maybe ask to see room before payment. Receptionist is obliging ( Brigitte) speaks good English.

The hotel location is superb. The prestige room was very comfortable and clean. Hotel staff is very nice and helpful! While advertised and booked through Booking.com as air-conditioned, after arrival, I was informed that aircon is not switched on yet in the entire hotel (after the stay I found similar comments from June and July - maybe there is no aircon at all). Breakfast was poor. No parking on site but there was plenty of parking just a 2-minute walk from the hotel - cost was 14 € per day.

Right in the heart of Saint-Raphael. Beautiful property. And the staff were so nice.

The view. The restaurant was awful The restaurant was awful. No coffee machine in the room no place to chargé your phone. Needs some refreshment in style.
