View of the port with yachts from the balcony, soundproofing, restaurants near the hotel are open until late. The hotel is located about 2.5 km from the city center and the central embankment.

Staff very helpful. Breakfast area nice by the quayside ( also the restaurant area QuaiRaphael ). Great location near restaurants and farmacie just up the road. Not enough free HÔTEL parking, so although parking is available outside it’s 10 euros for 24 hours, be sure to pick by the day ( I think selection 2 ) or if you pick by the hour (I think selection 1) it’s 23 euros for the same period.

The pool area is excellent and the sun beds were very comfortable. Our room was modern and clean with clean towels every day. The staff were very nice and helpful. Paying for parking - added another 40€ to our stay. Everything around the room seemed very expensive, the breakfast which we didn’t have and drinks from the bar - 2 bottles of water was 10€!!

Restaurant at evening meal. I had ordered veal meat dish - there was no mention of steak. After long , long waiting the Waiter brought me a piece of raw meat , I thought he is joking , after I complain ( I couldn't even cut it with the knife they gave me). He said you didn't say HOW DO YOU LIKE IT - MY ANSWER WAS - YOU DIDNT ASK. Anyway my plate was taken , my wife finished her dinner long time before some other man , I think he was a barman brought me the same plate with over frying pieces - not steak of meat with barely warm vegetables on the plate. Disaster. My plate was thrown at a front of me without saying anything. I don't remember I ever got treatment in the restaurant like that. So my advice to future English speaking guests - go find your dinner somewhere else - not in this hotel

It was in a great location. Easy to walk into town. They also had excellent customer service. The pool could use some updating and they need stronger AC.

The hotel was attractive and with very helpful staff. The room we were given was clean and comfortable. The hotel also had a lovely pool area. Although it was about 20 minutes walk from the town of St Raphael, the hotel was situated in a marina with a good selection of shops, bars and restaurants. Easier access to St Raphael as we either took a bus, which was easy or sometimes a taxi. The weather was extremely hot so walking, although possible, wasn't recommended.
