The room I was given was smal, no chair, bathroom ill designed with dangerous access to the shower. Water all over the place when showering.

The breakfast was typical to the area: coffees, juices, pastry, jams and some eggs and sausages. I also love the personnel and their support for my requests. Especially, the hostess Naomi was extremely helpful and supportive.

The hotel is perfectly located, about 400 meters to the train station (St Raphaël Valescure), bus station connected, just around the corner with the cinema building near by. There are a lot of small shops, supermarkets, cafés and restaurants. The nearest beach is about 500 meters from the hotel. The staff is nice and very helpful. The room was cleaned every day. There is the air conditionning, very old, but working and a small fridge. Breakfast (from 7 am) was always the same, though tasty, with fresh croissants, 'pain au chocolat' and baguettes, some range of cheese and ham, eggs, fruits, coffee, tea and fresh juices. There is enough room for everyone in busy days. The check-in starts at 4 pm only, but if you come earlier, you can leave your luggage there. Please be aware that this hotel is old, so you will be equiped with an old fashionned key to open your room :) Everything in this hotel is very old and used, starting with elevator, by the fourniture in the rooms and the air conditionning. As the building is big, there are some areas with the small steps on the corridors, leading to the rooms which makes difficult for the disabled person. Giving the fact that there are no facilities at all, and despite of the perfect location, the cost of stay is too high. Please remember also, that you have to pay a tax fee for your stay, which is not included in the booking price.

Good location and great breakfast with friendly staff Room a little small and in need of redecorating and updating. The bathroom was very small, as had to shut the door before you could get to the loo.
