Nice location. Lot of space. Nice pool. Bad smell in the basement apartment. Need better cleaning indoor and outdoor.

Location, pool and gardens very good. The 3 bed ground floor apartment has a serious rising damp problem and an unpleasant smell. Bed linen is old and worn and of poor quality. Pillows and cushions need renewal. Luckily, the first floor apartment was available at the time of our stay and we were able to be moved. Not all external doors could be securely locked.

Amazing facilities and friendly staff. Location perfect! Another loo in our apartment would have been handy but not a huge deal!

The appartment was clean, spacious and tastefully done. The kitchen was well equipped meaning I could take advantage of the beautiful fresh produce on sale at the nearby port santa Lucia. The pool area was gorgeous and the swimming pool just the right depth for my 10 and 11 year old. It was very well situated with shops, bars and restaurants within walking distance at port santa Lucia and its about 25mins walk into Saint Raphael with sandy beaches and all that it has to offer. There is a quiet rocky cove with crystal clear water about 5 minutes walk away which is ideal for snorkeling. Anthony our host was extremely helpful and spoke perfect English. A real find in my opinion; the owners of Villa Florentina have made this a very relaxing place for families to unwind and I hope to return ! Nothing - a great stay
