Easy to check in. Resort is nice. Traveled there for a conference. Not to much free time during my stay. Place did seem nice. Having to give a credit card upon registration for incidentals. My card was charged then refunded on the day I left.

Beautiful property. Very clean, safe and nice accommodations. No on-site breakfast during the week which was a bit of a bummer. Staff was wonderful and accommodating, gave me late checkout for two nights in a row, which was wonderful!

I was very disappointed that for the price there were absolutely no grab bars in the shower. I would think safety would be important. My husband could not shower there because of this issue. Would not book there again because of this issue.

No long length or makeup mirrors. Floors not clean. I got respiratory sick because air conditioning didn’t work and the filters were dirty. Expected much better for the price. Disappointed because resort was highly advertised.

Friendly staff Not enough handicap parking and house keeping half cleaned. The first thing I noticed upon entering the room was someone dropped what looked like a hamburger saturated in ketchup on the carpet . I assumed it was a hamburger because it was the shape of a big hamburger and lettuce was in the ketchup on the rug

The facility provided everything we needed for a successful conference. The meeting rooms, AV resources, catering, and staff's attention to detail were all very good. There was a last minute change to arrangements for our hospitality suite. The confusion was cleared up quickly when we referred management to the specific provisions of our contract for this room.

Had an amazing time at the Sea Palms guest and staff were amazing! Room was cozy and spacious. Logan and the Jamaican waitress can't remember here name; took really good care of me. The crabs and fried green tomatoes were delicious. I highly recommend this resort location was perfect. St Simon Island is a beautiful place!!

I own a condo on the island, but when we arrived the HVAC was not working….on a Friday night. It was too hot to stay there. I looked around the island and found this property. I was perfect because my son and his friend was with us, so it accommodated us. I booked it and arrived in 15 minutes. The front desk clerk was ready when I got there with keys. She was very helpful, explaining the property. I would recommend Sea Palms to anyone after this experience.
