Beautiful location, amazing room, spotless clean and so Quirky. Exactly what we were looking for. The hotel reception staff and cleaning team were extremely helpful and did everything to make us feel welcome and enjoy our stay. The air conditioning wasn’t very effective. Some of the restaurant staff were quite difficult/awkward and this seemed intentional. Granted my grasp of the local language could be better so perhaps this was the problem.

Brilliant pool, comfortable rooms, a lot of fun personality (robot mowers dressed as lady bugs!) and a nice spa. Great food and the staff were incredibly helpful, the bar is open at 4am if you want a drink and the pool never closes! It won’t be to everyone’s taste, because of all the colour and it would have been nice if breakfast was included.

The location is spectacular. Breakfast leaves nothing to wish for. Some floors are wavy, going up and down. Lights outside the room are on all night constantly changing colour. You can only sleep with the curtains drawn.

the rectangular shower head is impractical. a round one would be better. The rooms were overheated and I had to open the windows despite the freezing temperature outside

This was a hotel highlight of our trip. Lovely rooms designed with great imagination and executed in full, a theme which is carried through wonderfully throughout the whole estate. Staff are all well trained and service level is very high. Highly recommend. Internet connectivity is sporadic.

The rooms were very comfortable and the general style and feel of the building is exceptional. We spent 2 lovely days there.
