Just a stone's throw from the famous Place des Lices and a few yards from the port, the Pan Deï Palais is a luxury hotel designed as a true oasis of serenity in the heart of Saint-Tropez. Our free shuttle will take you to the Jardin Tropézina, our private beach which is equipped with umbrellas and deckchairs and is located 3.1 mi from the establishment, as well as to the Château de la Messardière, another Maison Airelles. Electric bikes are available on the premises upon reservation or the mini-moke. Airelles Pan Dei Palais is only a 3-minute walk from the port and the Mediterranean Sea. You can reach Sainte-Maxime in 30 minutes by car.

the evening live entertainment program is too classic and monotonous. It used to be much more fun, and more in keeping with Saint Tropez with its lively, vibrant, and cheerful disposition. People danced. Not anymore

I had booked a pool view room and to my surprise there was an oversight when I arrived, and I was given a room with a street view. Having realized that it was a mistake, they have rectified the situation without me even asking. This was exceptional spur-of-the-moment decision making by the front desk which was greatly appreciated. They have upgraded me to a suite. I had the best experience I could ask for. It was truly a magical stay having read all about the history of the hotel.

I love everything about Pan Dei. Including all the little touches they added for their clients. Everyone all their staff was superb. Nothing. Wished we had a slightly sunny and warm weather when we stayed to enjoy the beach and pool.

Excellent location. Superb welcome from staff who remained extremely helpful throughout - especially the reception/concierge. Beautiful calm spaces inside and out. Room was nice, but small for what I think was described as Superior Deluxe or similar. Food was good. Whilst the food was good, in my opinion, the kitchen may have been trying a little too hard to impress. Wine pairing with dinner didn't really work. No information on wines, such as year or producer. Breakfast was lovely but a little overwhelming with so many items being delivered at once.

The hotel could not have done more to damage their reputation than my insisting that I pay the full cancellation charge when I had made a mistake on the booking. I turned up one week early as this was my final two nights in St Tropez having sold my house and left it empty of furniture. I was exhausted, I was leaving two days later so clearly unable to take up the booking on the date I mistakenly made it for as I would be back in the UK. No empathy, no sympathy, no attempt to look after me (a returning customer). Appalling.

Beautiful Traditional hotel with interesting past. The hotel was clean, bed are comfortable, mini bar stocked daily. Breakfast was delicious with variety, location was great. They have a fun car service that take you to the beach. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend. Our room were a bit small.
