Staff was very bad. Bad attitude. Disrespectful. Not the same Villa Marie is used to be. Will not go back. 2500eur a night to be talked bad and on top with an attitude

Everything was exceptional, the staff were great and welcoming. Chloe, Enrique, and Lizzie to mention a few went above and beyond to make our stay special, memorable, and comfortable. Thank you to all the team at Villa Marie, can’t wait to stay there again❤️ Nothing

Location is good close to the beach and not far from town , they have shuttle service to town which is helpful. Breakfast is very good. Room was loud, you can hear other people showering, flushing toilet. Overall stay was good but far from luxurious. This is our second time at the resort and first time we stayed it was better. This time upon departure we had to pay city tax which was nowhere mentioned upon booking etc.

The location is beautiful. Everything 'is the decision of the owner', but staff don't really listen and react to complains and concerns. When we complained about a hole in the middle of the bed, the reaction was 'they are new', when we told them we left early because of that and the fact that there are too many wasps there to be able to enjoy, the lady at the front desk replied that we had to pay it all. Not even a discussion on my side, if I leave because I dont like it, ofc I will pay it all. But that this was her first reaction was painful from our guest perspective.

The Hotel was amazing, very peaceful. I loved that our room was on the ground floor. Near to the pool and the gym. I loved the turn down service. They would replace everything such as towels, tea, coffee, empty the bins. I loved the terrace I had in my room overlooking the sea. I also enjoyed the limited equipment of the gym, it kept me fit. The team were very helpful. The team would come during the breakfast and ask every client about their stay and needs. The towels and the bathrobes were worn out. They need replacement. The city tax was the same price as the my entire stay - very expensive. Unfortunately, i could hear any movement in the rooms near me and above me.
