This was our first time staying at this brand of hotel and we were very impressed for the price point and location. The hotel has a great design and is very comfortable. The staff were very kind and accommodating. The hotel is just a few minutes walk from Omiya station and there are many places to eat nearby. The hotel offers amenties like snacks and drinks in the afternoon and there is a sauna on the second floor. You get the typical ameneties like spa wear and slippers. The rooms were spacious by Japanese standards.

Its location is very good near Takashimaya and the staff is very helpful.. I also like that they were willing to keep a bag for us for return stay and they accept and able to arrange Takyubin for us. Only that the coffee / drinks bar opens only at 10 am. It would be better to have 8am-8 pm service instead. Given we don’t get drip coffee sachets, having the coffee machine opens earlier would be better.

Short walk from the station. Super friendly staff, I really enjoyed speaking with them. Bed was comfortable and there is a nice public bath available.

Convenient location not far from the station, but not so close as to be noisy - perfect balance. Nice staff, convenient drinks in the evening. Laundry machines onsite are convenient l. Laundry machines weren't good at drying. I ended up getting things dry with an extra dry cycle but had to plan ahead to fit it in.

Loved the front desk service of 2 male staff that spoke English. They always approached us with a smile first and made us feel welcome to ask for assistance. Also, Loved Loved loved the breakfasts. Best selection so far in all my 30+ visits to Japan. Especially because they focused on healthy local foods of Saitama that we could try even if we didn't go to that specific area. They had bicycle rentals, too. So convenient! Last but not least, location to the station and all the shops, eateries and services was prime. The beds were a little too hard for my liking. The hours of the onsen was a little too strict with 2 different closing times in the day. Most other places we use have just 1 closing time.

Great location, amazing staff. We arrived at almost midnight and the staff was lovely - gave us some freebies as part of the New Year promotion. Breakfast was great and diverse. Ammenities were great and everything was convenient. Would stay again

The new building and design

Good location, close to Omiya station. One of the best breakfasts of our Japan trip, with a surprisingly large selection. Wish we had a chance to use the Onsen! The room is tiny, which is not unusual in Japan. Our room lights were quirky - one of our headboard reading lights was out, and these were the only lighting option other than having all room lights on.

This wasn't a very touristy or luxurious hotel, but was clean, very comfy and relaxed -- perfect for a family visiting out of town or someone staying a few days on business. Staff was very friendly, and the hotel offered a number expected and unexpected amenities (ex. free popsicles, a toy library for kids) that make it a nice, stress-free place to stay.
