It's fine as a base for other activities. Not many amenities-only restaurant option, no gym, no lobby shops, but it's fine for what it is and a good value. The bed and bathroom were fine. Slightly larger room and some drawers for storage.

A business hotel in the middle of Sakai city. The gentlemen in the parking were really kind and helpful - right next to the hotel although there's also other parking facilities in the area. The staff were friendly and professional. I did not take the breakfast due to lack of time but it boosted local specialty which was attractive. walking distances to train station. Quiet. nothing. It was a fitting business hotel.

Staff is helpful and professional. Room is bigger than other rooms and cosy Really wished that there is a safe. But its just a personal preference thing. I would love to stay here again if ever back in Osaka.

My Boyfriend said its his favourite from all hotels we stayed in, while being in Japan. The room was cozy, and the inferior was classy. The amenities we're exceptional and the staff was so very nice and helpful

The hotel is a good deal overall. The stuff is helpful and the location is very convenient. I was given a smoking room and I was not happy about that. I was told that I should have ask for no smoking room. Maybe I'm a little picky, but it's impossible to get a smoking room in California and this surprised me. The hotel is dated, but outside of the yellow nicotine stained walls it was OK.

The hotel is strategically located near train station. Easy for travel to Namba with express train. Clean room and very courteous check in. Stayed there for 4 nights but the breakfast menu didn't change much though.

Zhang (Lady) made my stay way better after booking.com failure of proper confirmation. Email on my side was correct but on hotels. It was not. She made sure to help as much as possible.

The booking was not clear meaning on site, the written explanation was only standard room and when I got there, they say my smoking room is ready, I am not smoking at all….. and it took a long time to change to another non smoking room. Other than that, the non smoking room was fine. If the air conditioner can change the temperature will be better. Breakfast was just ok, not fancy not bad, just enough to get energy.

The hotel is excellent in every way. Room sizes are better than average and everything is spotless. All the staff are helpful, friendly and efficient. We stayed for a month and found the facilities, including breakfast, ability to eat and keep food in the room, coffee supplied, and laundry all excellent. We will stay here again when we next visit the city. The location on bus and fast trains routes is perfect. Nothing was wrong with the hotel.

Room was clean n small. Close to JR station so it was a plus points. Unfriendly and simply no customer service initiative at the front desk, which is surprising having visited 5 different hotels from this trip. This is the worse front desk ever experienced.
