I like the staff! They are so polite to us! And welcoming! And the room is beautiful! I have the best experience Actually, no. But if they could clean the floor mat on the way to the hotel room, that would be perfect. It has a little dust and a small scratch, but everything else was really good — just a small area to improve.

Good location next to the train station with easy access to the airport, nice spacious room and nice price. Bed was very comfortable The hotel is about 32 years old and it shows: old card system, wore down carpet and some damages on the wall

Its a standard big hotel in Japan, I was going to Osaka Expo it was close but took the metro and got lost in Namba station exchange. The other facilities like Spa, gym and pool which I did not have chance to visit.

The property is clean, the staff is very polite and the location is decent. The staff was extra helpful for when we needed to unexpectedly replace broken luggage and needed to dispose of the old luggage. Next to a train station. You can board the train and transfer to other stations to get where you need. Very convenient. There is an entertainment center with arcade, bowling and karaoke across the street. There’s a pathway to walk near the harbor and see a lighthouse. There’s a small mall nearby. The hotel is older and the AC had problems working. Sometimes would wake up from how hot it got.
