Seneca Allegany was such a nice resort! We were thrilled with the beautiful building and decor. The concert ended up being canceled due to the weather, but we had a fun time anyway.

We utilized the valet service which was very convenient. Check-in was easy peasy. Our room was updated and clean. We only grabbed a quick takeaway bite to eat, but the restaurants appeared to be clean and efficient. The casino was busy due to the show we were there to see, grabbing a drink was slow and difficult. But overall we were very pleased with the hotel.

The hotel and swimming pool with hot tub were great Don't like the way they handled things for the concert we went to and the food we got tasted like it was sitting around for hours then warmed up in a microwave

The rooms were comfortable. The atmosphere was upbeat. Breakfast was very good. The hotel spa and staff were exceptional.

Beautiful facility, we were on the 9th floor facing east, pretty nice view.

No breakfast. Event was canceled Room was clean and had some small essentials. Only one small bar of soap? Had bottle of body wash and shampoo/conditioner in shower area. Staff at casino for drinks were not very pleasant

Room,clean and comfortable, although charge $2.00 for a bottle of water in room( after what we spent in Casino) and NO hot water in room for shower in morning even after letting it run for approximately 10 minutes, Buffet breakfast ok typical for buffet

Was there for a concert. Was misled thinking it was an Ampitheater and it was a stage in a parking lot. Desk staff was rude. Was not a pleasant experience. Will never go back.

The location was great. The pool and hot tub was fantastic. The buffet was closed down for renovation but there was other places to eat. The place wasn't extremely busy. Very nice place to stay. We had a wonderful time! Buffet was closed

Also , only 1 place to get coffee in the morning, long line and staffed by only 1 sweet older lady. If you don’t care for Starbucks you are out of luck. $17.00 for 3 black coffees
