Great hotel in Boston area. It provides the same value of $500-700 hotels in the city.

The hotel was nice and we loved the Village that it was part of. The picture on the website was deceiving, It seemed the hotel was on the side with no view of the pond and the other half were private condo’s with a beautiful view. We were there on a weekend which we wouldn’t do again, there were hundreds of young adults at the outside bar next to the hotel.

One of our favorites. You don’t have to leave Tuscan Village to have a great time.

The hotel was in a great location. Plenty of food places around walking distance from shops right off highway. Staff was very helpful. If ever in the area would stay there again. The pool area was great too. I don’t think there was anything I didn’t like .

Stunning location. Very clean and pleasant staff. Hotel restaurant and bar closing at 9pm Seemed early but other options available close by.

Our only real area of feedback relates to the pool experience. We would have loved for the pool bar to open at the same time as the pool. We did not bring water or juice with us in the morning because we assumed (non-alcoholic) beverages would be available for purchase, but the bar was still not open when we left the pool deck around noon. We also encountered group of young adults visiting and talking with the pool attendant while partially blocking access to the pool gate. We completely understand that employees working outside may have friends stop by, but guests should still feel acknowledged and have clear access to the pool area within a reasonable amount of time. A little more attention to the overall setup and guest experience would make an already enjoyable stay even better. Overall we would stay here for a quick staycation again.

The pool area and location were great, having live music at night outside was fun and staff were so friendly and attentive. Finding the property within the village was a little tricky.

First off the location in the Tuscan village was amazing, love the shops, restaurants all within walking distance. Staff, rooms, pool and fitness center were outstanding. My famliy and I loved our stay and will be back.
