Clean and near the main attractions.

The check in instructions left some holes but the owner was available for even late at night it took over 40 min just to get through the gauntlet of things the owner wanted it was a lot easier at the other space I booked in Europe. The postitive was they did answer questions quickly

The breakfast was served in a cafe quite far from the room and, despite the food being very good, there were no tables in the cafe and we had to eat standing up.

Shower could be nicer

I booked a room on Booking, thinking it was a hotel, but I didn’t realize it was a guesthouse. The cleanliness was poor, and the location was quite far from the train station, making it hard to find. Communication was not smooth, with many misunderstandings—when I asked for two single beds (written as "need two beds"), the host insisted on writing "two separate beds" to get them. There was no balcony either, which didn’t match the photos. For those with special needs, booking a hotel is still more convenient.

This host is dishonest and unethical. I booked this property for four nights. The bed was very lumpy and hard, and my travel partner had a backache after the first night. I have stayed in hotels all over the world and never complained about a bed before but this was intolerable. I contacted the host, told him the problem, and asked if we could leave and get a refund for the remaining three nights. He agreed, and we trusted him, so we left and stayed in a different hotel the next three nights. But when it came time for Booking.com to issue the refund, the host lied and said we left because we changed our plans. He refused a refund. If he had just been honest when I asked him, and told me he would not agree to a refund, we would have stuck it out. But because he lied, I had an additional cost of three nights in a different hotel! Beware of staying at this property with a host that treats his guests so poorly.

Lots of street noise and a bit complicated to enter the building. If there was no internet we would’ve really struggled.

The location of the accommodation is in a very good area of Salerno and with a little view from the balcony to the city. I really liked the accommodation and it exceeded my expectations. In addition, the area is quiet and close to many tourist attractions such as the historic center and the harbor. It is an ideal place to relax and enjoy the beauty of the city. I liked also that you have big smart tv, I could watch with my partner a Netflix after a long day of walking. Everything was fine, but I think it would be helpful if the essential items in the bathroom and kitchen for guests could be supplemented a little.

Great place for a short stay, all you need is close to the place, recommend it!

Host was cooperative. Allowed me to check in before 12pm. Location is within 1 km of train station and ferry station. Our visit to Amalfi and positano was convenient as ferry station was nearby too. Breakfast was a show . Two thumbs up.

To BE close to the historic center. Very clean and bright. The bar to the breakfast a bit far..

Some confusion about the location of where to get breakfast so we missed it.so cannot comment on the quality. No directions to breakfast location. No facilities to make a drink.

It was perfect

The location is great, as it's close to the central station and has a local feel to it. The room is on a high floor with a tall ceiling, so it doesn’t feel cramped. Check-in was easy. The bed was so comfortable, and the fridge and mini freezer worked well. The host was very quick to respond and kind. We had breakfast at the cafe they recommended, and it was great.

While it was a bit noisy at night, the convenience of the location made up for it.
