Cittadella Rooms

The room was small but very cozy, neat, and perfectly clean. The location is excellent — close to the bus stop, the city center, and the ferry port. Overall, a great place to stay, and I would definitely recommend it

An acceptable option for staying for 1 night This was apparently the owners' room, as their personal belongings and food were scattered everywhere. This is not exactly what you would expect from a hotel.

Nothing - we didn’t end up staying here. The communication was terrible The communication was terrible. Only had one response from them about checkout which was a very abrupt message. Tried to communicate with them multiple times on WhatsApp and via booking.com but no response even though I could see that they had read the messages. Can’t say anything about the actual room but wouldn’t recommend purely for the rudeness of the staff.

Location is very goood, easy to find. Entrance policy very easy - get in you use mobile phone app that opens the doors. Physically keys are inside, minibar is on the lobby where you can keep your water etc. Aircondition machine was very very noise - need some reparation .

The air condition and shower was not good. The host did not answer my message.

We were changed to another accommodation which was much better. There was a water leakage in the toilet and stinky water was coming out, making the room smell so bad. We found hair from the previous guest in the shower door.

-really clean -really comfy bed -provided towels -really easy self check in -the owner was always at the end of the phone if needed and was super friendly -fridge to keep food in N/A

Facilities, check-in process is simple, value of money Breakfast is so basic, no kitchen or even katle in the house

Exceptional

First of all the place is hard to find with no signage, when I arrived the room I was allocated was dirty (bed had been slept in, used towels & dirty bathroom) and their was no one around to speak to. The place was also dark, doesn’t look like the photos and a fair way out of town. As I wasn’t comfortable staying in a used room I booked another place, I contacted the property for a refund and they are yet to responded (2days later). Save your money and don’t book.

It was extremely clean, very comfortable to stay in. Self-check in was super easy and convenient. Great place!

Cute room, the location is nice and close to the city center the Place is very noisy, we couldnt sleep at all from the noise around the appartment, the furniture is old and bed wasnt comfortable at all

Good location. The place itself and the room was pretty worn out. It was quite cold inside, the AC/heat unit didn’t work properly. Contacted the assistant on Whatsapp, never replied.

Great value. Check-in is easy and digital, and you get what you pay for.

The bed was comfy and the bathroom was clean The self chrck in was awful...you dont get any info until your rental time is there, no use at all if you have no internet access... room was cold and not really enough covers for bed.
