B&B La Memolina

Not much Didn’t feel safe or comfortable as a solo traveller

While the room was private with its own bathroom it was combined with a shared kitchen and a separate room. When that person came in late at night he started singing loudly so not so great. There was also a loud disco down the street and the room was not soundproof.

The host was incredibly accommodating and helpful. We arrived late, but she made sure we had everything we needed to access the property by providing clear written directions and a helpful video. She even referred us to a reliable taxi service, which made our arrival much smoother. The location was excellent—close to everything we needed and very convenient.

Modern apartment. Kitchen is shared but there was no issue. Air conditioning was working ok. The fact that the apartment was on the 2nd floor (no elevator) but the booking address and reservation only showed 1st floor. However the host said he/she would talk to Booking to clarify the info (transparency to the client). Breakfast too simple and most things in plastic bags. Yogurts were the only fresh items. Maybe some fruit...

Cheap and close to everything in Salerno. Noisy street, not very clean. Cleaner was not polite and threw our stuff from fridge before check-out time.

Good location in the older part of Salerno, clean, quiet. Rooms on the first floor were great with nice private bathrooms and a shared kitchen. We were a group of 5 and booked 3 rooms. We had two rooms on the first level each with private bathrooms and shared kitchen which was great but our room was on the second floor and had a private external bathroom that you had to walk through the common area to access. We found this uncomfortable and inconvenient as we were advised to keep the bathroom locked. Also, for some reason, this room was more expensive than the rooms one floor down that are the same size and have private bathrooms.

It was nice decorated, clean and quite ok located, closed to restaurants From the description I didn’t understand that it is actually a 2 rooms apartment with a shared kitchen. Is best if you are a group booking the entire apartment. We were disappointed about the poor breakfast (no fresh food like vegetables, fruits, eggs, but only processed and packaged products). The coffee machine was not working so we couldn’t drink a coffee in the morning.

Very clean, right in the City center, the communication with the host was perfect, the Breakfast very good. Next time I'll choose again Memolina.

The place really surprised me very pleasantly! I though the kitchen is shared place but if you book the two rooms you have it all by yourselves and it is really awesome! The ceiling was unique and rather authentic. The breakfast was really nice touch - coffee was great and there is something for everyone! The rooms are clean, new and cosy! The check in and the communication with the host was easy and fast! The location is in the historical centre and there are shops and restaurants nearby. Everything you can wish for a city stay! Would choose it again if visiting Salerno! Thanks for the great stay!

Very beautiful apartment, everything was clean and new. There was a very good variety of food for breakfast. Location is wonderful, close to the beach and city center Impossible to find this apartment using google maps because the address written on the booking.com and shown on the google maps and the real one aren’t the same. However the owner answered immediately and helped to find it

Central location and quiet. hard to find street parking. parking garage is a 10minute walk.

The apartment is small, cosy and on excellent location to explore the city. 20 min walk to the marina, train and bus station. Good bed and nice, extremely well equiped kitchen. Very easy acees, and excellent experience with the owners. In addition my daughter's 5 stars go to the nice breakfast and mine to the beautiful kitchenware ?

Great location. Very clean. Good amenities . Everything was great except one thing. Well , the door keys to the triple room needs to be changed immediately. I checked in very late and after getting all codes smoothly, the keys simply didnot open the door . The landlady/landlord didnot respond to our several calls till midnight. Later after 2 hours , She had to video conference to tellnus that we have to push up the door and then use keys. Very complex process for room door opening for tourist which they didnot even mention earlier. Kitchen needs a microwave . Otherwise in everything else this B&B is a 10 on 10. Great place to stay.

The apartment is very spacious and bright with a modern minimalistic interior. Two separate rooms for those who travel in three and a cute balcony. I would also like to mention comfortable mattress and pillows. In the common area there is a kitchen with fridge, stove and all necessary utensils. The breakfast includes different sweet options with tea or coffee. The perfect location close to all major attractions.

Great location in historic district. Easy to find, fairly quiet, close to restaurants and shops. Everything was so nice that i extended my stay. Comfortable modern rooms, good amenities. Well stocked kitchen, good WiFi. Umbrellas if needed. Stored my luggage too. Great communication. Nothing. All was 5 stars.
