Location was good. 15/20 walk to the Sea/centre. Supermarket next Door. Bathroom was cleaned everyday. Hot water and clean towels.

Overall, it was a good accommodation. Especially, It’s good for the price.

It was good. View was nice. Next to grocery shop. By walk to santa teresa 27min. By walk behind garden, playground around 10min. Owner was really nice. Room was clean. Has double protector for balcony door which makes warm in winter. Had AC+heating. Metal ram Bed is making sound a lot, even we sit on it. But bathroom was ok. Shower door was dirty, water is always not so hot when we took shower afternoon. But in the morning was ok.

All good and clean, we even had plastic utensils in the room as well as a mini fridge which was extremely handy. The owner was very kind person and explained everything in details. So glad that there was an AC and the view of the balcony is really beautiful. There was tv, Netflix and colorful lightbulb to set the mood of the room. Recommended

The location was very convenient (15 min walk from the city centre, Salerno main station and Sita Bus stop and ticket office). The whole flat was very clean and tidy. It was on the 6th floor but there was a lift. The bedrooms were huge and full of amenities (TV, air conditioning, small fridge, lamps, chargers for different types of devices, Alexa, huge wardrobe, desk, table and chairs). And the host was very kind. Nothing really. The only thing is that the bed was a bit noisy but it wasn't a big problem.

A clean room, spacious. Maurizio communicated well by email and in person. We had a pleasant stay, albeit for one night. The shower cubicle was miniscule. No water boiling jug. The room is quite a distance from shops.

The host is very nice, and the room is very clean and comfortable. It’s a satisfied experience. The location is near the city center and very convenient. I highly recommend it.

The big balcony is great for relaxing. The room is very clean and quiet. And the bathroom is very clean. I like it so much and i think it is a good place to livie. Recommend it.
