Hygiene could be better and staff didn’t seem too kind on the bad reviews in Google Maps

Location I arrived late for check-in, and they charged me almost 50% more just because of that (even though reception only works from 2:00 p.m., so there is no one there before that time). Even though they already knew I was staying at the hostel and this was only a separate booking, they already had all my information, so I really don’t understand why. On top of that, the guy at reception was extremely rude and very disrespectful, which made the whole experience even worse. Besides that, the room is extremely hot. There is no air conditioning, no fan, nothing at all, which makes it very difficult to fall asleep. I definitely do NOT recommend this hostel unless they change the reception guy and fix the aircon.

The staff and rooms were lovely, super comfortable and a great hostel experience! No complaints

Maybe too many people in only one room, but it was what I expected considering the price, so it's okay by me.
-
Location No fan so could be hot. And no curtain or bedside light / table.

Very well placed. The building itself is quite nice. The terrace really nice. The beds are very basic, they shake when somebody moves

Location of this hostel is amazing! Very good for those who want go to the center and travel to other places. Beds comfortable. Even toilets was clean, shower had rust and to be honest I was afraid to hang my staff there. Sinks was okey.

Everything. Nothing.

Female travelers should exercise heightened caution, as there were some people in and around the hostel who seemed less trustworthy.

Amazing staff and very spacious hostel. Decorated like the old building it is which makes it beautiful. Excellent location

There was no indication in the listing that guests over 35 years old were not accepted. At check-in, I was informed that, due to my age, I should cancel the reservation through Booking and pay in cash instead. As this was communicated late in the evening, alternative accommodation was not readily available.

The nicest thing about this hostel is the location and the man guy that checks you in. Everything else is subpar, and that's a compliment, the lights in the room feel like a dingy operation room and it really compliments the black mold you could find growing in the shower rooms where only two of three work and the door to one of the two has a huge opening down the middle because it doesn't close all the way. The rest of the staff is rude and hog to community room. I'm pretty sure one of them sleeps in there which is wild considering it's supposed to be open for use 24/7 and I can't go in there to call home at night to avoid waking my roommates. I questioned the bunk beds integrity every time I moved and while we're on the topic of beds they don't was the provided blankets between uses so you are sleeping in someone else's sweat, drool, and who knows what else. The kitchen is always being hogged by staff or family of the owner. I was told there's an age limit 18-35 years of age which clearly isn't actually enforced as we bunked with roommates well over 35. The staff are constantly slamming doors, we aren't allowed to do our own laundry we have to let the grown man do it for us which makes me very uncomfortable handing my undergarments over.

It was a beautiful place, I feel like the building we were in was like a museum. The staff were very friendly the kitchen was big, the balcony was lovely. The rooms were nice, and there is not immediate availability of a locker (they have them and you can use them if you bring your own lock or the hostel sells them), but nonetheless, i never used a locker and my stuff was completely safe. A very trusting environment. The location, while conveniently in the center, is a bit sketchy. This obviously is not the hostel’s fault, more so the people around on the street. Also, the showers worked decently, they did their job, but I wish I could figure out the water pressure a little better. Overall, a great affordable stay!

Good location I didn’t like that the beds didn’t have individual ladders, and that the second level had no protection, which feels unsafe due to the risk of falling. Also, the beds are quite small.
-
Nothing, the property is mouldy and dirty. The worst hostel I’ve ever stayed. Dirty and disgusting. Got a lot of bites from bed bugs which a lot of customers said the same here. Please read the reviews before staying.

Near everything: clubs, beaches, art, transportation, etc. Bathrooms and showers are clean. The kitchen is equipped with everything. Laundry service. Beverages and snakcs service. Professional and friendly staff 24/7. Great structure and very beautiful. Has a book shelf and a piano. Common areas are comfortable and clean. Silent rooms with air conditioning. Lockers. Safe ambience.

The location is really good, close to the bus to go to the cities in the Amalfi coast, with many bars and restaurants nearby. Walking distance from ferry port and train station (around 25min). The facilities are really old and not well maintained (doors at the showers didn't close properly, lights in the toilets not working, mouldy showers, etc). The commun areas are not very clean either (the fridge was really dirty and shower area as well. there was a toilet that smelled like a wet dirty dog). The beds were really uncomfortable. And my bedroom was close to the commun area where people would socialize, which made it a bit noisy to sleep early.

Of all the hostels i stayed in, this hostel had a very tightly knit feel to it. I had a great time and met some awesome people.

I tried to tell the hostel manager that I woke up with a bunch of bites and he barely reacted. Only said he would change the bed. And he kept monitoring what I did throughout the night it was so strange. The manager and the bed. The bed is so uncomfortable! And I woke up with bites!

I loved the location! Easy access to public transport and the beach. The staff would randomly walk into the rooms, specifically the female dorm without announcing themselves. It was a bit uncomfortable, as this was supposed to be a female only space. Also, the restrooms were consistently out of toilet paper. No AC made it difficult to sleep at night.
