The location and the balcony... great view !

The location was great for beach visiting and daily shopping, but we did have a hard time finding new spots for lunch/dinner. We often chose to venture toward the city center for this and that required a taxi or taking the bus (very convenient and close by!). Walking is possible but it’s about 30 min. Also had some ants in the apartment but the hosts said that was unusual and took care of it quickly.

No reserved parking. You will need to find a spot on the street. Not easy, but free of charge.

What a wonderfully beautiful property. Safe, loving, and beautiful! The hosts were excited for us to explore their neighborhood. The beach, the water, the food, and the culture. It was an amazing experience and we want to return. We had difficulty getting a taxi, but not to worry our host arranged a taxi to pick us up.

We had the most amazing stay at Terrazza Marconi! The view from the rooms was breathtaking and the room itself was spacious and clean. The host welcomed us in and suggested a bunch of places we could explore. The hosts were also extremely helpful with booking us taxis. Would definitely recommend!

Fabio is so nice, we enjoyed staying in the apartment. 3 parts- bedroom, kitchen is well equip and bath. The location is good. There was no hot water in the shower and we was excepted it to be more clean. Also, no TV

Location, location, location! It is across from the beach. Easy to walk to beach and restaurants. We stayed in the “Manu” room. Two nice sized rooms with each having their own bed. Comfortable for a family of 3-4. There is a little kitchen with everything you could need ( refrigerator/freezer, 2 burner stove, sink and the appropriate amenities). Nice bathroom in room. We had a balcony for wonderful sunsets and view of water and mountains. There is an elevator/lift to take you to the 5th floor. There is drying rack on balcony for your wet clothes after the beach. The owners Fabio and his wife Antonella were nice and friendly and spoke wonderful English. Charming place. We enjoyed our stay! There was nothing to dislike. We loved everything about this place.

Beautiful ocean view. There is a beach in front. Location near the ferry, and it is not too far from center. Like 20 minutes by walk. Super clean. And host Fabio and wife are super helpful.

Beach views, easy access to local restaurants, and bus stop. There was construction going on. I saw a dead mosquito on the wall and no one bothered to clean it. There was also some mold in the shower stall and hair in the drain.

The view was beautiful. People in the neighborhood were friendly and helpful. Everything we needed was accessible on foot or from the nearby bus.

Fabio's welcome was friendly. Good communication. Great seaview. Big balcony. Kitchenette is well equipped. Big bedroom. In the house is a bar: Bar Marconi -good Aperol Spritz. ? Recommended reastaurant :Pepe Nero ( and recommended to book table in advance). Salerno is a good place and easy to visit Amalfi coast, Pompei. Arechi castle has a great view.. Wifi works hectic. The shower was unuseable. 5 minutes to wait for hot water...after that was cold and hot again. The water pressure in the shower was minimal, was difficult to take a shower. In front of the appartment the beach is closed - there are working and in weekdays the work srarts at 8 am. Little noisy. (We were there In January) we can park our rental car in next street, for free. recommended car rental: gierre cars.

Super view to Salerno, restaurants not far away, Antonella was very friendly and helpful. Biggest problem is the warm water in the shower - it’s a permanent hot/cold experience. Generally the equipment is quite old. Bed need to be renewed, mattress much to hard. For the price similar to an hotel - much to expensive.
