Overall, the location was good and convenient, with easy access to both the railway station and the port where the ferries depart. The staff were polite, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. We have no complaints about the staff or their communication. Overall, the location was good and convenient, with easy access to both the railway station and the port where the ferries depart. The staff were polite, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. We have no complaints However, the accommodation itself did not meet our expectations, especially the first apartment in terms of cleanliness and overall condition. The jacuzzi had visible limescale and residue buildup, and there was mold in both the shower area and around the jacuzzi. In addition, the windows were completely covered due to ongoing facade renovation works. As a result, we effectively had no windows during our stay. This was not mentioned anywhere on the website or in the property description, and we believe guests should be informed about such significant circumstances before booking. The lack of soundproofing was also a serious issue. We could hear the air conditioning unit being switched on in the neighboring room, which woke us up repeatedly. The room door felt extremely thin, and our room was located directly opposite the kitchen area. As soon as breakfast preparations started in the morning, the noise was clearly audible in our room. On top of that, construction workers started work on the building facade early in the morning, and we were regularly woken up by drilling noises and conversations outside. Another strange aspect was the notice stating that eating in the room was prohibited for “hygiene reasons.” Given the actual condition and cleanliness of the room—particularly the shower area—this policy seemed quite unreasonable. Proper cleaning and maintenance should be the solution, rather than prohibiting guests from eating in their rooms. This is something I have never encountered before. Finally, the building itself is not in particularly good condition, and the overall value for money is poor.

Location. Easy walk from ferry. Close to seashore, restaurants, shopping. Our host guided us to the apartment via great instructions including videos on how to access and enter the apartment step by step. Comfortable bed! Optional breakfast was appreciated when time is of the essence. The apartment was spacious but a bit dated. It had everything we needed. The elevator was operational, but tricky to access if someone above/below did not close doors properly.

Good location with excellent service.

Hallways had energy efficient lighting which is good, but made for difficulty seeing to unlock door to room, etc. Several areas had an uneven floor (one step up/down) so made some difficulty with luggage. Elevator had 2 sets of doors & didn’t work properly if previous user didn’t properly close inside doors. This caused the manager to have to find where the elevator was & manually shut the doors. Fortunately he was there on property when we were moving luggage as units were in 3rd floor.

Located on 3rd floor of bldg there were some problems with the elevator which the staff resolved for us. The double room was close to street & there was a lot of motorcycle traffic & noise until early morning. There were areas in lobby of B&B as well as ground floor bldg lobby where there was one step up/down. This made it a little awkward with luggage. This was exasperated by energy efficient lighting that caused lights to go off at times. One in our party fell and hurt her knee when she missed a step, causing her to have a much limited final two days of her vacation.

No breakfast

The location is top, close to the train, ferry station and old town . Very outdated - it was clean, but the pillows didn’t smell fresh. We also felt rushed out, as we were only reminded about the 10:00 a.m. checkout at 8:50 a.m. on the same day. It wasn’t a problem since we already had a ferry at 10:10, but it would have been nicer to receive the reminder a day before or upon arrival.

Good hotel located just a short walk from the train station and the ferry port. The room and bed were comfortable. As I had to work while I was staying there, I brought take out foods to eat while working. Only on my last day there did I read the notice that guests were not to eat in their rooms. My bad. But I have never seen a prohibition like that in my many years of travel.

Calling yourself a Bed & Breakfast when there was no breakfast is deceptive to the renter. There was no one to greet us when we arrived. The room was too small and the view from the balcony was someone's laundry hanging out to dry. Bathroom shower floor was very slippery.

Spacious room with a balcony. Liked that the restroom was big. Great location. The full length mirrors all around the bedroom is a bit insettling :)

The room was small and dark. There were only 2 available electrical outlets and both required the converter, as there were no USB connections. The beds were wrought iron, twin size, pushed together. There was a sign indicating that eating food in the room was forbidden. The hallway was dark so I had to use the flashlight on my phone to lock and unlock our door. We left a day early. We were disappointed based on what other reviews had reported.

Excellent location, close to train station, ferry station, restaurants and city center Noisy at night due to traffic

Close to ferries, buses, shops, cafes, bars, restaurants. Room was slightly small but was enough for 3 days. Breakfast was optional at 7Euro but it was worth it. Close to train station We went in Summer so it was very hot. The fridge would have been nice if it had a freezer

I chose the property for it's proximity to the train station and it offering shuttle service from the airport to the hotel. At first the shuttle service was offered at e30, than later on i was told it is not available.. I was also advised not to worry because there is a bus service to the railway station, but even this was not available. In turn I had to find an alternative which came out pretty expensive.
