Breakfast was so good! Our host set out hot croissants, yogurts, jams and butters, and juice, and made us tea and espresso. We ate on our lovely balcony overlooking the city and the water! Highlight of the trip.

Beautiful patio room overlooking Salerno. The patio makes this place a wonderful option. Our friends said they loved Salerno because we would often buy meats and cheeses and wines and relax at night on the patio. It’s beautiful. If I wanted to optimize my time and minimize my walking, I would have stayed more near the ferry launch near the Piazza Concordia which is also near the train station. It’s a 15-20 minute walk to the ferry and train station… so not bad, but breakfast isn’t served until 8, so keep that all in mind.

Everything! The amazing host, the view, location... the best place to stay in Salerno ?

Our stay at Armonia was great. The location is amazing - close to the historic district and walkable to many restaurants, shops and sights. It is also walkable to both the ferry and train station. The room and bathroom were very clean and a great size, and the bed was super comfortable. We stayed for 3 nights, and definitely could have stayed longer. Elena is such a kind and welcoming host, and it was great to have the breakfast she prepared for us each morning. There is also a grocery store close by if you need anything extra. The view from the balcony is beautiful - overlooking the sea and the mountains. We would sit out each evening to watch the sunset, and it was incredible. This was my favorite place we stayed in our 2 week trip to Italy, and I hope to return! We had no complaints!

This was by far the most lovely inn we stayed in during our 3-week trip to Italy. The view from the room's balcony was breathtaking -- very, very special. And the host, Elena, was the warmest, kindest person one could hope for in an innkeeper. We stayed here during a difficult time for both of us due to a family tragedy (and a personal health crisis) and she truly took care of us. She was a real human being. And though our language skills did not overlap very much, we communicated plenty -- and were very sad to part.

This place is amazing. Beautiful patio (6th floor-elevator) overlooking the town & the sea! What a view! Lovely breakfast served on our patio (delicious croissants, coffee, juice, yogurt) very near the duomo, great location. Elena was wonderful, just a text away! Would love to stay here again!

The o The location was wonderful! The view was spectacular! Elana made the BEST Croissants each morning and were served hot on the balcony which was rich with plants and ocean views! Elana is not fluent in English but communicates very well. Using Google translator, she graciously called taxis for us. I would HIGHLY recommend the stay! A rare find indeed! Nothing!

Comfortable with great view from the terrace Nothing

The view is stunning and the room was cozy and comfortable. It’s a bit of a hike from train station so I’d recommend a taxi rather than the walk upon arrival. But once you’re settled, it’s centrally located and super convenient to everything you’d want to do!

I liked everything!

We had a wonderful visit here and can not wait to return!

Very beautiful little village and easy access Very old and quaint little town and my favorite was the owner. I made her laugh and she made me laugh. She’s taught me how to speak Italian.

The hostess is very sweet. And the view can't be beat. The room was clean and well -stocked. You can't go wrong with this place.

Elena was an amazing host. My daughter and I both have a gluten allergy. She was prepared with gluten free bread and pastries. The location was a quick walking distance from everything we wanted. Great location. It is on the 6th floor and the elevator was small for our four people with luggage. But over all a very minor inconvenience.

From the moment we arrived, we felt like we were being hosted by a family member. Elena is truly exceptional—attentive, and incredibly accommodating. Every need we had was met with care and thoughtfulness. The B&B itself is a little slice of paradise on the 6th floor. Clean, comfortable, and full of charm— it immediately felt like home. One of the highlights was the beautiful terrace—filled with vibrant plants and flowers, it created such a peaceful, inviting atmosphere. The stunning view far exceeded our expectations and made every morning and evening feel magical. Elena’s warmth and hospitality made this stay unforgettable. We can’t recommend her place enough.
