Location is perfect, because it’s basically a minute from the train station. Windows are very good, because even when I had a room facing the main street, one could hear no noise! The manager, Davide, was nice to let me leave my luggage in the room early in the morning when I arrived, so I could enjoy my last day in Salerno. The room is very old and would need a major renovation. The decor is pretty old fashioned and not pretty. Neither manager let me know breakfast was included! So after leaving I found out that breakfast is served in a nearby café! This should be informed upon check in and the guest should get a voucher for it. The price is a little too high for what it is offered.

Great location 1 block from train station. Accommodations were modest but a great value. 2 brothers run the hotel and both were very helpful with directions. Breakfast (croissant and coffee) were included.. nice.

The owners were amazing, they were so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable on the local activities. The room was clean, comfortable and most importantly we felt safe there. We liked it.

The property was clean and the amaneties were good.Davide is a great guest and the location is great if you are going to Amalfi, Positano or Capri. There are restaurants and cafes in the street of the hotel. It’s 100 m from train and bus station.

Great location close to trains, buses, boats, shoppings, stores and restaurants. The host was nice, friendly and helpful.

When booking my stay in Salerno I choose to stay in B&B Santa Rosa because of the reviews which spoke so highly of the owners and also the location. I was not disappointed. On my arrival Mauro was waiting at the door, he very kindly helped me with my bag and showed me to my room. The room was big, bright an airy and spotlessly clean, with it's own ensuite. The room was cleaned and towels changed as arranged, it was also very quiet at night which was great. The location is perfect, close to shops, cafés and restaurants plus it's just a minute away from the train station and close to the ferry. Mauro and Davide are absolute gentlemen, very kind and helpful and I would highly recommend staying here as I will do the next time I visit Salerno. N/A

Clean, comfortable, spacious room. In the heart of the city, close to the train station, but very quiet. Reminded us of the European B n Bs we stayed at 30 years ago.

It has an excellent location, 5 minutes walking from the train station. The two receptionists who attended to us were wonderful, very attentive, very cordial, and kind when communicating with us since we do not speak Italian. The breakfast that is included was delicious. I would definitely stay there again.

Near the trainstation and city center, super friendly and helpful people, good price, clean. You cand hear the guests from the other rooms, outdated furniture, very tiny bathroom (1 m²).

Very friendly owners! Nice, clean and big rooms. Perfectly located close to the station and the main street. Very helpfull owners who think together with you what you can do/visit during your stay. I can only recommend to choose this B&B for your stay.

The owners were exceptional at what they do. I had a room with a balcony that overlooked the street, loved it. The bed was super comfortable. Location was 5 minutes from the train station. Highly recommend B&B Santa Rosa if you’re lucky enough to find availability ?
