The room was large with a huge bathroom and beautiful balcony and view. Everything about the property was great!

The fact that is was closed to port so we could easily go to Amalfi coast by ferries. The rooms were very clean. Not applicable

The parking garage for our rental car was not close to the property

Comfortable bed. Great balcony. Huge bathroom. Just a short walk from everywhere I needed to be. Nothing. It was great.

The best customer service received. The hosts are soo nice and extremely helpful. Quick and responsive throughout our stay. Even offered to drop us off at nice restaurant when we were unlucky with our uber. I would highly recommend this place, affordable, clean, safe and amazing hosts.

The kitchen is very convenient, with a fridge divided by room to store your own food. They offer coffee and cookies in the morning, but with the nearby supermarket you can easily prepare a decent breakfast yourself. Alessandro is extremely helpful and responsive, and even arranged a taxi pick-up for me (taxis in Salerno are not easy to find). Complimentary bottled water, juice, and slippers were a nice touch. I stayed in the Sorrento room, which was spacious, very clean, with a comfortable bed and a balcony. The balcony faces the street, which can be a bit noisy in the morning but quiet at night. Towels are changed every 3 days (you can request an extra set for €3), it would be nicer if they changed them every 2 days. There isn’t daily room service, only toilet paper refills. The location is a bit far from the centro storico, and about a 20-minute walk to the ferry and train station. The property is on the 7th floor, but there is an elevator available. Tips: Not everyone speaks English in Salerno, so learning a few Italian basics really helps — locals appreciate it as they are very proud of their culture.

The panoramic suites are in a beautiful traditional old building and very well set up. The room was very big and cleaned daily with fresh towels daily.Although Breakfast was not part of the package and few snacks with various teas & coffee and soft drinks were left for us, which was a lovely and unexpected. Raffaella was a great host.

I showed up with no plans and the hostess immediately gave me recommendations and transportation help. She even sent me videos of how to walk to certain areas.

This is a lovely place to stay, very quiet and close to the train and ferry, both are 10-15 mins away. There is a shared kitchen which was very useful and cooled water available. Afew stairs to get to the street. UT you can enter at the bottom of the road and avoid stairs.

Good I have no complaints. We were very satisfied.

Near the train station. Within walking distance to the city centre. Common area accommodated our needs. Was close to three grocery stores. Beds were comfortable. Had blackout curtains. Bathroom was spacious with nice shower. Owners were friendly and accommodating - we put a note on our door saying that our son was napping and went out of their way to contact us later to check if we still wanted our room cleaned. They also surprised our son with a superhero-themed cup to take on our travels.

It’s was close to train station and other facilities! Everything was very clean and very nicely organized!!! Thank to the host I felt always safe and at the distance of a txt for any help and suggestion !!
