Staff was super nice and helpful, even gave us recommendations for food/activities. The only issue was the super inconvenient check in time. Overall great stay.

Good job there was a lift, for the 5th floor. Classed as b&b but no breakfast available

the room and bathroom were clean, bed were comfortable. the host was really friendly and he even helped us with the information to move around the city and how to visit the other attraction. he provided us with important information about bus/train/ferry and other necessary transportations. the thing we liked most is that they cleaned the room and changed the bedsheet/towels every day like a professional hotel. the location was a bit subpar. it says it is near the center, but the elevation was really high. We had to walk uphill a lot and especially at night when there is no bus, it might be difficult to go there with all your luggage, Also, the elevator was manual and kinda antique-museum thingy. Only 1 or maximum 2 person (without any bag) can use that at a time - it is that small.

A very nice and cozy place to stay at. There is a small kitchen, so you can put your stuff in the fridge or have some coffee (it's free). The place itself is also not super big, i think there are maybe three rooms total, so it feels quite intimate. The location is peaceful and quiet. The hosts were also really nice and helpful, we enjoyed our time in Salerno a lot. The only thing to keep in mind is that Salerno is quite hilly, so I would recommend taking a bus from the train station (it takes you right to the hotel door), so you don't have to walk with your bags all the way. But it's not a disadvantage at all, the walk to the city centre is not long and you see great architecture along the way.

Spacious and calm room with a balcony (good for drying clothes/towels), nice bathroom. Host provided coffee for the mornings and answered our questions/messages quickly. There was an elevator in the building and the building was located near a grocery store. The accommodation could have stated clearly in the property description that the kitchen facilities (stove & oven) are not accessible to the guests. Now we arrived with the false understanding that we could have cooked most of our meals at the accommodation. The host was also at least 20 minutes late from the time we had told we were arriving so we had to wait by the door to get in.

Great place, nice location, super nice owner. We got a lot of recommendations for restaurants and places to see in the area. Great value for money, we were very happy with the stay!

We arrived a bit late due to some delays with our train but our host was very understanding and patient with us. Helped us out a lot and was very friendly. Space was located in the city nicely. Not far from the Duomo station which was one stop from main station in Salerno. Room was neat and clean. Not much to really say.

The host was super friendly and helpful. The kitchen were well equipped and coffee was included, which always is a plus! In the hallway one could also find brochures with recommended activities in the nearby area, which is nice if you’ve never been in Salerno before! Would definitely recommend! -

This place is in a very good location only 5/10mins walk from the centre of town and waterfront. It is on a bit of a hill but very worth it for the convenience of the location. Our check in was incredibly smooth and the host made it very easy for us. He was very helpful and introduced us to the room and the city well. He was very easy to reach via booking.com and was most helpful. The place was very clean, particularly the kitchen and bathroom. The beds were quite creaky, although still comfortable so this was not too much of an issue. The wifi connection also did not reach our room very well, but it was a short walk down the hall to reach the kitchen which had excellent connection.

Owner brought us lemons for compensation of our blankets being dirty. Also, the location was good. We got into the room on the first day and the bed (very uncomfortable) and blankets were dirty and had so many stains (just look at the pictures). After we told them, they wanted to exchange the blanket but they only had one left, which had many holes in it, so we ended up not getting a blanket for the 3 nights. What we got were some lemons as compensation and 2-3 thin blankets which didn't really keep us warm and its very uncomfortable sleeping with that many blankets. On the second day we found a cockroach in our room, very disgusting. For 3 days they never once gave us a shampoo bottle, that is something I have never experienced before in any Hotel or B&B. There was a little 10ml bottle which was already opened by the previous guests, we didn't get anything for 3 days. There were also still football tickets left by the previous guests. Also it says they will give you shower gel, they didn't give us any. The air conditioner didn't really make the room warm, only the front part of the door. The roof in the bathroom and bedroom was moldy and the toilet was broken so it kept moving when sitting on it.

everything was very nice, the host very helpful with the transport, ferries. coffee was available for everyone to use, kitchen was well equipped and they cleaned the room everyday everything was perfect

It was clean and a cleaning lady made our beds every day By the pictures we thought we could use the kitchen, but when we arrived we were told not to use the stove or the oven? Why then have a picture of a kitchen? We could use the dirty electric kettle or coffee machine… The beds were NOT soft. So many things were broken. The doorhandle to our bathroom kept falling off. The toiletseat kept falling off. The door to the terrace couldn’t close all the way, so we could hear everything outside. The road was very loud (also at night).

I was told there was a kitchen and there was. However when I arrived, I was instructed not to cook. I planned to eat at home but instead had to eat out the entire time, which added a great deal of cost to my trip. I think they should not say there is a kitchen or, at least, tell people they cannot cook so they can plan accordingly.

The room was clean. The hosts were nice. Kitchen was really well equipped, but lacking a decent knife for some reason. Toweles were changed once during the 5 day stay and I didn't expect that at all. The room was cleaned a few times. Good localization. The AC was good and needed. Overall enjoyed my stay there. The bed mattress was quite tough for me and I weight 80kg. The other thing is the noise. The walls seem thin and you can hear a lot from other rooms. The street is also quite noisy. I strongly suggest to get some ear plugs.
