Excellent location

The hous this B&B located is in an old beaitiful building. The room was very nice and new, we used the air condition, the bathroom was beautiful desigend and build in a charming Italian style we liked it a lot. The aluminium windows included intrernal wing that used to iluminate the sun and the light inside, a very good system. There is a kitchen for all to make coffe and a small fridge and some small snacks, nice. We didn-t use it since we like to have Italian coffee outside. There was a close daily market near by, very nice. We enjoy the stay and the city. Nothing to say

Grigio Pesca is the perfect place to stay when you visit Salerno. The apartment is situated on the first floor of an old building. We had small balconies, one off of the main living/sleeping space and the other in the bathroom. Which made the apartment feel super spacious and light. Ivano the owner is a great guy. So kind and really helpful. Letting us check in a little bit earlier and helping us with some phone calls we needed to make in Italian. Nothing was too much trouble for him. Thank you Ivano!! The apartment is sparkling clean, the beds comfortable and the bathroom is new and spotless. There is also a small kitchen available with a fridge and kettle that you can use. Very useful. We highly recommend a stay at Grigio Pesca. Very close to walk into town & the port area of Salerno but also positioned in a very vibrant and cool neighborhood. With small boutiques, cafes and authentic local deli’s. Thanks again Ivano for your kindness and genuine hospitality.

We’ve just returned from a wonderful stay in Salerno at Grigio Pesca. The property is in an excellent location close to the station, seafront and historic centre. The room and bathroom were lovely and spacious and immaculately clean. Ivano, the host, was very friendly and welcoming. He really helped us to enjoy our stay with his excellent recommendations of places to visit and restaurants. We will definitely return when we visit Salerno again.

I chose Hotel Grigio Pesco for our 6 night trip. The location, cleanliness and security of the hotel were excellent. Great walking distance to downtown, restaurants, shops, and the train station and docks. We toured Capri, Positano, Amalfi and Naples with ease. The owner of the hotel, Ivan, was very attentive and a good person. He tried to make us comfortable. I will make this choice again if I go to Salerno. WiFi

Very clean. We had to pay a $25 late check in fee. There was no breakfast although it was a B&B. The air conditioning was non existent. We were threatened that we would be kicked out if we continued to try and cool the room. It was 87degrees Fahrenheit in the room. We had to buy a fan.

Central location, close to station and main Corso. Only a 15 minute walk to the historic centre . Bedroom is big , light and airy. Good size bathroom . Balconies in both bedroom and bathroom so we didn't use the air conditioning. Host extremely helpful . Access to fridge in a shared kitchen although kitchen has only a kettle , fridge, mugs and plastic cups. No cooking facilities . There's a smell of damp when you come in to the apartment block but none in the apartment itself which is located on first floor The hairdryer is tiny, size of a child's toy !

The host was amazing; he explained everything and was so helpful. The breakfast is included every morning at a local coffee shop which is super nice (you can chose a pastry and coffee). The room was clean. There's a lot to see in Salerno but you can also easily take the ferry to go to Positano and Amalfi which is amazing. Everything is less than10-15min walk. I would go back!!

Cosy apartment, good location, clean room & bathroom, nice kitchen and helpful host

The property was excellent, clean, very close to everything that could be visited, close to public transportation. The host was very nice and explained us everything, gave us good advices, recommendations of what we can do, where can we eat, ... everything was great. Thank you.

The place was spotless and the owner is very helpful. Would recommend if you stay in Saleno Finding a parking spot in the area can be tricky. Ask the owner for private car park in the area

Ivano is a nice & friendly host. The B&B is clean & well located, close to the train station, the city centre & the sea promenade. The croissants at the coffee shop where we had breakfast are delicious.

the breakfast was..some people might like it but i expected a bit more. giving 9 instead of 10 just because of it.

The host was great, very nice and made sure that I was taken care of during my stay. The location was good and walking distance to most things and the room was clean, and simple but nice ? The aircon light was a bit bright but nothing major

Breakfast at Dolce & Caffe in sweet ( super -sweet!!) Salernitano / Napoletano style was amazing. Location of Grigio Pesca is very good while you can walk to the most important locations in Salerno City Center. And not the least - Ivan was a great host! We've staid only five nights. Salerno is even better than the Amalfi Coast. You may visit the very posh locations in Positano, Amalfi and so on, but also you may go in opposite direction to more natural and unrestricted places which are also wonderful.

Very good location, few minutes walk the train station, the port and the beach. Ivan is a very friendly, helpful owner, I realy recommend the place.
