The location is good, lots of cafes and restaurants around. The view is spectacular! Apartment is great for the price point.

Everything - very close to the beach, a big and beautiful porch with a perfect view - you can see the sea and The Amalfi Coast even if you stay in bed. Is well equipped either everything is necessary for a short stay, clean and spacious. Nothing to complain about - maybe a few little thing - like an extra hanger in the bathroom and a few shelves for cosmetics.

There’s a free parking lot right down the way from the place. There are people that will tell you it cost to pay and demand money from them. Ignore them as this is not true and they are trying to make money

Cole booked a room in the photo of this type of hotel there was a balcony and a sea view, but when we arrived we were given a room without a balcony and a sea view, we had a view of the neighboring building, after a shower the whole floor was in water, there were not even hooks to hang a towel, the kitchen was also in the photo with a built-in stove and a large refrigerator, as a result, a portable mini stove and a mini refrigerator, the room was cold and the batteries did not work for us, and the neighbors in the next room had working batteries, we were deceived, they gave us something other than what was offered, when we wanted to return our money, the hostess told us that money is not returned. Bukin did not help in this matter, a complete deception

Location, easy check-in, prompt reply for questions No kettle in the room so heating water for breakfast is not easy.. Hot water in the bath is not properly working, also humid smells and bathroom facilities is not effective.

Very nice apartment, everything clean and practically furnished. The view from the balcony is fantastic. Finding a parking space is a bit of a challenge. But we were lucky, there was one within 100 meters.

It is on the beach, that’s all. Forget the pictures on the add, you get totally different apartment with no view of the ocean. Apartment is basiclly a room with a kitchen inside and it is pretty small. The whole room has a weird smell and I really don’t have anything good to tell. We would have left it but you pay in advance..

The view off the balcony was great. MacDonalds down the street was good. First off, the owner wanted to know exactly when we were going to arrive his assistant was very short in her emails , we have never been to Italy and traveling several hundred KM that day we couldn't give an exact time as someone had to meet us to let us in. Our phone was part of the issue. The local SIM card didn't work well. Parking was a nightmare. The pictures somewhat reflect what the room is like but far from it actually! They are using 2 sets of photos to display their apartment. The apartment was far from clean. There was ants coming out from under the toilet, kitchen was poorly appointed no kettle or other useful items, the sheets and bedding were subpar!!! I sat on the bed to read my book and the slats caved in (IKEA BED). My husband was able to fix as best as he could without tools etc. There had been a previous repair as there was a plastic grocery bag used to hold a part of the centre support of the bed together. So we thought we had it fixed and after being asleep for a while I rolled over the centre support failed and the bed totally collapsed. We had to spend the rest of the night on a fold out cot for children as there is no way to contact anyone for assistance, end resulting in no sleep for both of us. When we did hear from the owner the owner he said that my husband was too big (Insulting)and that we were responsible for breaking the bed ( He is less than 2m and 100kg not sure how that is to big for an adult bed). Never was an apology made, or even concern if there were any injuries from the collapse, only that we were the ones that broke the bed. He later said he repaired it and showed us a photo of the so called fix job, but not of the part that was actually broken. We are appalled that the owner never once apologized or asked what he could do to make this right. We ended up not staying the remainder of our 4 night stay. Actually, it is quite an insult to us being guests in your country! You need to better.

The room was nice, instructions to get in were clear, and nearby parking was found We booked quite last minute, so the booking was non refundable, from the pictures it seems there are two styles of room possible with balcony’s and gas kitchens. We were told after booking and paying that we wouldn’t be in the room with a balcony, which was why we booked it really. Anyway we stayed because getting a refund didn’t seem possible, when we got there the kitchen had two induction tops which we plugged in, the kitchen PowerPoint didn’t work and when it did it fizzed dramatically. There was also a leak in the bathroom, it rained and there was a puddle on the floor. The kitchen sink also would not drain, so we couldn’t do dishes properly. In the morning when we left, we forgot to leave the tourist tax, which we remembered as we arrived at our car. I messaged the property to say we would pay the tourist tax, we just needed to get change and we would be back. I told them about the issues in the room, which they ignored and continued to ask about the tax, they were quite rude, seemed annoyed that they were missing their 3 euro even though we said we were getting it. All in all, we paid for a completely different room to the ones advertised, the kitchen wasn’t great and the bathroom wasn’t great, the staff were rude, and the general area gross and slumy. Also the guy walking around the free car park offering to help you find a park, isn’t an official, just give him a wave of “no thanks I’m good”
