Did not eat the breakfast

Our room smelled a little like someone smoked in there.

It worked for us - size, convenience, layout! Beds were great! Best stay in a hotel in a long time! Great breakfast, too! Thank you -

the pool was very cold

There was no sugar free creamer for the coffee table, only sweetened creamer.

Everything was just upto the mark but friendly staff and time flexibility was the cherry on the top.

Room was nice and bed was comfortable. Some highway noise in the room and the refrigerator was noisy. Breakfast was good and over all stay was fine.

Good hotel and quiet

Room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was ok.

Our stay was a quick overnight passing through. The property was very clean and well air controlled. The front desk girl had some technical difficulties but she worked through it. Our room was very clean but the carpet was wet from the AC unit. My husband had very little hot water when showering at 8am on a Sunday when everyone else was also showering apparently.

It was just okay. The bathroom definitely needs to be updated and cleaned better. There was pink stuff around the edges of the shower. Tilex could have easily taken care of that. The sink drain also had dark stuff that needed to be cleaned out with a little more effort.

Our room was very nice and it was very large. As was the bathroom. We were surprised that the vanity space was so tiny given the size of the bathroom and the overall space. Lighting in the bathroom was also a little bit weak. But this is nitpicking as the overall stay was excellent. Tom Smith was at the service counter that evening and was especially gracious and helpful and helping us find some charging accessories for our computer. We would definitely stay there again

Front desk staff was amazing.

Our room was SO comfortable. We used the sleeper sofa and my son said it was comfortable as far as sleeper sofas go. Everything looks brand new. The pillows were AMAZING and we all agreed they made the nights sleep better. We got up and had breakfast in the morning and everything was really good. I had biscuits and gravy. The biscuits were VERY soft. No hockey pucks like a lot of places. My boys used the automatic pancake maker and said the pancakes were great. The staff member working when we checked in was really friendly. The woman keeping the breakfast area clean and stocked was also incredibly friendly and was working hard making sure everything stayed cleaned and stocked. She was really on top of everything. Breakfast staff don’t get enough credit. She made sure everything out there was presented well and was staying fresh. Only a couple of downsides. The kids were really excited to use the hot tub. We all got dressed and went downstairs and it looks like it fell victim to the remodel and was filled in. We decided to get in the pool but it’s not heated in any way so it was FREEZING. Also the shower curtains are too short so we had to mop up the puddles of water after our showers.

Clean and good amenities

The hotel and room were very clean. Nice breakfast too. Very nice overall for the money.

A little confusion about check in and the credit card for the incidentals. There was no charge but I had to swipe my card anyway. This was quite strange.

Breakfast was good, Beds were very comfortable and the pool area appeared well kept and clean. The lady at check out was very friendly. A little road noise from I 70 but not bad enough to affect our sleep, we kept the hvac unit fan on low continuous and it covered up almost all traffic sounds

We got there and the power was out from a storm they said you would give me a refund but I haven’t seen it yet and I guess no one answered you when you emailed them about the situation

Clean and comfortable place to stop while on a family road trip. Kids loved the pool and breakfast options. Also just across the street from a mexican restaurant.
