The apartments should be equipped with some cutlery, plates, paper towels etc.

Location was great! Bathroom needed upgrading.

Location Security. We used the sauna (small pool) and my niece fell. The steps were slippery and nothing to hold or support you. I had to be crawl to go up and was helped to go out.

The room was not ready at the time of arrival

Location was within walking distance to everything. The beach was right across the street and the breakfast was very good. Outside noises from the street late at night could cause sleeping issues.

good location, the breakfast is horrible, not worth it at all. and so disappointed with this hotel. thought would be real 4 stars, actually at most 2.5. won't order it for the second time at all. NOT SUGGEST.

Our room had a comfortable amount of space with a beautiful view. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. The staff are very friendly and helpful and they have a very nice breakfast in the morning. This is an older hotel and a few upgrades need to be made. The kitchen in the apartment needed a microwave, a couple of plates and some utensils. We didn't want to cook while on holiday but it would have been handy to be able to heat up a few leftovers.

The location was very good next to the beach, with a nice walk along the front. Hotel was dated.

The staff were really very nice, and their hospitality was beyond my expectations. The property is spotlessly clean, and the location is perfect. Nothing to say here

Location Crickets and bugs around the place.

I did not like how my situation was handle. I couldn’t flying to Ecuador because in Miami,Florida airport had canceled my flight on june 19, 2023 the reason because there was a Tropical storm and flights couldn’t fly in the weather. I had called them and also sent a email explaining my situation in the airport of Miami the day of my flight which was June 19, 2023 and they didn’t want helping me to cancel my reservation but they still charge me in my credit card $ 151. 67 on June 12th and the worst part they still took the payment my credit card on the same day I bought the reservation which june 12,2023. My reservation was for june 24 through 26. So I am letting them know five days in advance of the situation. I think it’s unfair on their part on how they handle the situation. I spoke with 2 customers services representative and one of them he said he was the manager Nelson Velez very rude for a manager to respond that he could not help me and did not care about the situation at all. This hotel has unsatisfying customer service and on top of that they are very negligent, unaccommodating and they not professional at all. I do not recommend this hotel at all save your money, and look for somewhere else!

Nothing

Centrally located and beach across the street. The room was large and staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was good and had variety. The underground parking was very good and safe. Jacuzzi and pool could have been more accommodating. The temperature was cold.
