I am happy with everything - the location, the staff and the breakfast were excellent. The bus stop was just in front of the hotel which was really convenient. The hotel is in the city center so you have everything at an arm's length. The staff were really friendly -always happy to answer our questions. The room was clean and the view was perfect.

A very standard hotel with a family vibe

Everything. The staff was so nice and the hotel was really beautifull. I was in the last floor and my view amazing. The room was nice, clean and the bed really good. The hotel is goodly locate and the city was really beautiful. I will come back for sure. And oooh the breakfastttttttttt unbelievable. Thank for all really. The fact that the minibar had to be paid for, which I didn't notice the first time.

Small property in good location a block away from the lake. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Great breakfast with many choices. Excellent bar in the lobby. Lovely little town.

Hotel Eden is in a perfect location. The staff are lovely. The hotel smells very bad of damp and mould. It is quite intense. This does take away from the experience! There is no-where off the street to park to drop off luggage.

Great location, staff were excellent, lovely bar to have a drink in at the end of the evening. Could have done with some more room facilities - ie tea and coffee.

We saw most of the lake and Salo seemed to be one of the best towns. The hotel is only a hundred meters from the bus stop for the bus from the train station. The location is close to all the town sightseeing, restaurants and lake ferries. We cycled to Riva and there is a very good bike shop 200m from hotel. The hotel were happy to help store bikes and give advice on cycling routes. The hosts/owners and staff were helpful in ever way. Nothing comes to mind for hotel. For Salo make sure you have dinner reservations as all restaurants get very busy an it was shoulder season so probably very tough in summer. We did have a poor experience at Caprice Uno restaurant so can not recommend it.

The rooms are clean, bright and large. The facility has a lockable place where electric bikes can be stored and charged. Location in the very center of the city, overlooking the promenade, very safe area. Rich breakfasts, large selection of cakes. The staff was very helpful, they organized a transfer from Desenzano when we were caught by a downpour and helped dry our things.

We liked the hotel and especially both the terrace with the room and on the roof. All the e staff was very friendly, and helpfull. Nothing to dislike

The breakfast was very good. I enjoyed the ham and cheese crepe, also cappuchino. Cakes were superb; so many different ones. It was good that gluten free diet was catered for. The hotel lobby was nice.
