We were pleasantly surprised with the beautiful grounds and the service staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Wonderful and quiet location, we could people taking from their balconies into our rooms in the middle of the night so they should let all guest know to keep quiet after midnight. The bed is not comfortable, they need to upgrade their mattresses and pillows

Hotel Saló du Parc is an excellent location. The people are nice, a warm welcome, the boulevard around the corner. Absolute treat.

The location of the hotel was excellent on the lake and near the center of Salo’. The breakfast in the lovely dining area was outstanding. We were also allowed to park directly in front of the hotel which was very convenient when traveling with our two Westies. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Since we were traveling at the end of April it was not anticipated that we would need air conditioning. The room was quite warm, but this was alleviated by keeping the door to the balcony open.

Views were great. Very clean and friendly staff. Within walking distance to downtown. Breakfast was incredible. Parking lot was very safe and secure. Beds were very firm. Paid a €30 pet fee but pet wasn’t allowed to pee on site. My wife was scolded and rudely told to take our pet off the property and across the road for our dog to use the bathroom. This rule was never mentioned nor was there any signage. (One particular staff member. Everyone else was lovely)

Beautiful view and sounds of nature. Large, comfortable room with terrific shower and bathroom. Love the breakfast. Impeccable staff. Perfect location, walking distance you can enjoy good meals, go shopping, take boat tours. Parking not free. A/C not available as you wish!

The rooms are very comfortable all with a view of Lake Garda. The lovely town of Salo is a less than 5 minute stroll away. From there you can explore all of the Lake Garda towns by ferry. The staff are friendly and efficient. I really don't think anything

Breakfast was good. Pool could have been slightly heated. Dinner menu didn't cater for all tastes. Some more simpler fish and pasta dishes.

Clean well appointed rooms, swimming in the lake and the pool, lovely breakfast Very little, a minor point is that the parking in the garage opposite the hotel is a faff - two keypads and three floors down .
