The tour didn’t include the spa so we didn’t know about the other pool. The bar restaurant had better dinner than the restaurant.

The housekeeping service . They could not tidy up the beds properly and were lazy to change the bed linen even after the 3 rd night until I called them and demanded to change it and clean the dust on the surfaces .

This property had the most beautifully landscaped grounds of any hotel we have stayed. With several pools on different levels, flowers and wonderful views it was extremely relaxing. The interior was also interesting. The balcony was large with comfortable seats. There was a parking arrange under the hotel. The location was good for driving down to Salò, which was a fun little town. The restaurant had a good menu with delicious and healthy options. Overall it was quiet and relaxing. Rooms were spacious and well sound proofed. The only difficulty we had was finding the entrance. Otherwise the drive up the hill to get there was not hard.

We stayed at this spa hotel with my mother for four days in May, and it was truly the best choice we could have made. We had an absolutely wonderful time and enjoyed every moment of our stay. The staff was incredibly attentive and welcoming from the very beginning. We were especially grateful that we were allowed to check in much earlier than the official time, as we had an early morning flight. This thoughtful gesture made a big difference for us. Our room was large, spacious, and had direct access to a private lawn with a stunning mountain view. Every day we received two complimentary bottles of water, and the coffee capsules were regularly replenished at no extra charge, which was a very nice touch. The hotel itself is beautifully designed and thoughtfully planned down to the smallest details. The spa area, breakfast zone, and restaurant are all excellent. Soft, relaxing music is always playing throughout the hotel, creating a calm and peaceful atmosphere that makes it even easier to unwind. There is also a scenic path leading directly from the hotel to the waterfront, which takes about 15 minutes. Be prepared for some stairs and uphill walking :) — it wasn’t a problem for us at all. Alternatively, the hotel offers a shuttle service, but it’s best to book it in advance. We will definitely return to this hotel again. It is truly an amazing place where you can switch off from everyday worries and simply enjoy the spa, nature, delicious Italian food, and excellent service. N/A

The food is delicious. The staff is very helpful. The room price includes access to the spa and gym. In some cases, it’s not ideal when pets are allowed in the hotel. The rooms could have a larger desk for working on a computer or similar tasks.

We came to celebrate new years. The price for the buffet $180eu which did not meet my expactions. Nothing stood out, it was just average but not quality material for a new years buffet. The breakfast was normal even though it offered no vegetables. The room lacked a desk and a chair for being considered 5 star, also the pillows were paper thin and during the night the heat was kept very high. Staff was friendly but overall for a new years celebration i would go somewhere else. The spa lady that does the rituals had a horrible attitude which didnt make it very zen after all. food and pillows. didnt have many things to do other than a bar and spa

We really enjoyed our stay. The interior is beautiful and the atmosphere is very pleasant. The staff were super friendly and always happy to help, which made the experience even better. The cake we ordered was made beautifully, the view from the room was great, and the outdoor heated pool was a big plus. Overall, everything was great and we had a very nice stay. We would definitely come back! All good!

Modern, clean, great spa, amazing views and a beautifully appointed room. The bar staff, being Massimo, David, Luca and Giorgio, plus the restaurant crew: Gianni, Stefano and Simone made the stay so comfortable - all absolute stars and made each evening wonderful.

Everything was fantastic, and beyond expectation. Very comfortable, lobby fantastic, food (chef) is super, staff very kind, and nice touches as game section Nothing, just note you need a car to go around beyond hotel facility

Really enjoyed my stay! The hotel has a great location with stunning views. The food was delicious and varied, and the staff were very friendly and helpful, especially in the restaurant. No facial tissues provided

Beautiful modern cozy place, The design was amazing , great service and the Spa was one of the best I visited. Oasis! Great location, 10 minutes walk and you are on the lake. Breakfast was one of the best I had! Dinner was ok. Not amazing

The breakfast, like everybody says, is outstanding with fresh and quality products. The hotel is like an oasis with lots of places to relax. The staff is very friendly. The service at breakfast was outstanding. They have 6 parking places for electric car charging. We also had dinner which was very good. The wellness is huge and a great place to relax. The saunas are great. The gym is minimalist but being a hotel for wellness and relaxing, I am not sure it is a priority. Still, there needs to be at least a running band in my opinion.

Location with a beautiful view of Salò and Lake Garda. Spacious room with a very comfy bed. Nice pool area with plenty of lounge chairs on the property. Large SPA area with a separate indoor and outdoor pool. The whole property is arranged beautifully with plants and plenty of green space. Nice sitting areas around the bar and the restaurant. The breakfast buffet is generous with plenty of options for everyone's taste. The Driveway to the hotel is a little bit tricky because it is very steep and coming from Salò you can't access the Driveway without a sharp turn or going to the next roundabout. The same problem occurs when you try to leave the property and you want to drive in the direction of Desenzano. You need to drive first towards Salò and then make a U-turn to drive in the other direction. They should invest some extra money and improve the accessibility of the hotel from the main road.
