Pool, good fitness room, clean comfortable rooms, no odor, and a surprisingly good and nutritious breakfast. The staff were hard workers, friendly and helpful. a few cosmetic issues -- but I didn't want to say anything but the front desk clerk insisted. Really appreciate the commitment to excellence.

This was my first visit to a Spark. It won't be my last.

We also did not like the 100% polyester bed sheets which can have you sweating like a pig. No blanket options in lieu of the hot comforter either.

Staff was extremely nice and helpful. Clean and spacious room. Would definitely recommend!

Easy check in. The knowledgeable staff recognized my Expedia reservation right away. The only caveat is that you do not earn Hilton rewards if you book through a non Hilton site. Expedia had the best price around.

Newly renovated and in good condition. There’s no microwave in the room. The breakfast is continental and no hot food served. The sheets in room are not cotton.

Exceptional

Very nice, modern style hotel. Breakfast was included but did it didn’t include hot breakfast, just cold hard-boiled eggs for protein. I would give this place a 5 Star rating if they had hot breakfast. Coffee was NOT good either. I don’t it’s bad coffee they just made it SUPER dark; don’t know how to make it. Other guests commented the same. Teach your workers how to properly make coffee, not sludge.

First, Spark was the only hotel listing that said what time the airport shuttle ran. Important for us catching a six a.m. flight and more convenient than calling each hotel. Simple, super clean, their attention to little details was great: 24 hour coffee bar (fully stocked), beautiful breakfast room, microwave availability, cookies at front desk, attentive and helpful front desk staff, a reminder in the elevator to book the airport shuttle, a nice sized bathroom, easy to find iron/blow dryer, dispensers for shampoo/soap, decent pillows. Having a restaurant with amazing food was an added plus! Will tell others to stay there and we will be back too!

Shuttle was late. I was told to be 10 minutes early, but the shuttle was 5 minutes late and they wouldn't try to contact the driver
