Stayed here for 3 nights mid September, it only has 4 rooms and at the time of staying we had the place to ourselves pretty much. Excellent quality room, furnishings etc, very quiet - breakfast was superb and with daily variations, even though we were the only guests, the full spread was laid out and nothing too much trouble. We took the owner recommendations of local restaurants and were very happy with these, accommodation well located to explore down to Santa Maria di Leuca and Torre Vado, although we preferred Torre Mozza which was more local, less busy and just as good with bars on hand for refreshments. Well done to Romeo and Rita for coping with our non-existent Italian, Google Translate worked a treat ! This isn't a criticism and maybe in high season it's different, but other than at breakfast and when we arrived to check in, no staff are on site, which didn't bother us at all, but some might find that off-putting. That said, both Romeo and Rita were always available via whatsapp for any queries

We loved the stay at this superb location in the silent countryside. Beautiful typical renovated house using local materials, plenty of history, green outside area for breakfast and relax in the evening, big garten with fruit trees, lovely owners and delicious breakfast with fresh daily cakes and coffee. Takes 5min to get to the beaches. 10min to Presicce with nice restaurants. Definitely recommend, esp for couples. Owners helped us with earlier check in, highly appreciated. Cushions could be more comfy (was bit hard mine) - but it’s a matter of personal preferences!
